This customer service review has come at a bad time or great time if you truly take on board customers feedback. I have to say that I am seriously considering taking our business elsewhere. The customer service is terrible. On more than one occasion (infact 3 times now) I have had to call the office to chase orders and then either not had a call back, left a message with someone who said someone else would call back (& didnt) or left a VM and no one called back.
I have paid for a toner (cyan C321) which is out of stock and no one has kept me informed as to when I can expect this even though I was assured I would be kept informed. I hope you take this feedback on board and use it to the customers advantage!

a very quick and efficient service - this is important when ordering printer cartridges

The website was easy to use and the prices are very compatible. I was kept very up to date on the delivery of the order and it arrived quickly.
The only thing I would like the printer store to offer is a credit account so I dont have to keep using the company credit card every time I place an order. It would be easier to know I have a bill/invoice at the end of the month and can pay when its due.
Apart from that great service and will use again.

My headline says it all - bought a printer cartridge for the cheapest price I could find after comparing several different specialist printer stores. On top of this there was free next-working-day delivery.

Easy to navigate web-site, ordered two items and paid, got an e-mail to say one of the items not in stock and could we wait or did we want a refund. Refund requested and actioned immediately. Order arrived as stated. Very impressed, will use again.

my order with printer-store that was 100% although they do advertise free delivery but when it comes to Northern Ireland that is most defenitely a No £15 delivery within 2 days Through no fault of printer base. This was full week and that was with ringing printer-store 3-4 times but the one thing I can say they were so pleasant and helpful.
Although I paid for delivery service I did not get. The delivery company should be penalized by my delivery being refunded. I will think twice about re-ordering

Ordered printer cartridges on the afternoon and items were delivered the very next day. As we are a school it is critical that when printing ink expires we need it delivered fast. I phoned the customer service team to make sure that the items were in stock and the lady was very helpful. I have used this company before and would highly recommend.

I ordered the equiment [fuser for Oki c7200] from you even though it was £35 (23%) more expensive than your competitors because your web site said it was "in stock". Your competitors said "call for availability". I was in a hurry. BUT you took my money on 28 August and I got product on 24 September!!!
