I can highly recommend Mr Mark Lloyd at The Private Clinic. He repaired my split earlobes. He was totally professional and I have superb results. Great communication and friendly at all times from him and all his staff.

I had some coolsculpting done by Emma Andrews at the Birmingham clinic. I was really nervous and quite self-conscious at first but Emma and the rest of the staff were so extremely welcoming, kind and accommodating that I immediately felt much more comfortable and at ease. It is such a positive and comfortable environment, will definitely recommend to my friends.
Really happy with the results of my coolsculpting as well and eager to start my next round!

I wish there were staff who didn’t make up lies about the customers, and that they would hire staff of multi ethnic origin so they can themselves be open minded to different skin colours & different ethnic backgrounds of people and maybe this can help educate all the 100% caucasian staff that work there.

I am a male and had a liposuction suction procedure carried out around the abdomen area in May 2023.
The result was a total disaster, as the wrong areas had been targeted and not the ones that had been discussed at the consultation.
I was not happy with the same organisation offering to rework the area to correct the mistakes.
Having looked around at other places to have the mistakes corrected, I came across The Private Clinic and Mr Mouzakis.
Mr Mouzakis was upfront and straight with me from the first instance. He explained that he was not an able to completely correct the mistakes, but he would improve on what had been done.
He carried out the procedure in May 2024 and I am delighted with the result.
For anyone considering liposuction, I would strongly recommend The Private Clinic and Mr Michael Mouzakis.

I recently had otoplasy done by Dr.Lloyd.
He was so confident with his work which gave me confidence in his abilities. Beforehand I was slightly worried about the outcome and if I would still not like the look, but I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Being awake during the procedure was better for me as he was very easy to talk to and it allowed me to keep updated on how my ears were taking shape. Worth every penny.

Over the past year I have had 3 rounds of cool sculpting at the Manchester Clinic to hopefully get rid of one of my chins!!! Unfortunately for me no results can be seen, I did pay £700 for my first treatment, the following 1 and a half treatments were kindly offered complementary in the hope of results being made, on my last treatment I had to sign a contract stating this was the last treatment to be offered, I wouldnt have argued the case it felt like I wasnt trusted but I suppose its procedure, Although this didnt work for me Amanda Carr was amazing, shes friendly, warm and is very reassuring. All other staff that I have seen (Alex and Daria) are warm and welcoming, I am really disappointed and hoped for a change especially after spending £700 and spending a year of hoping, I was one of the unlucky ones, Amanda mentioned I must be a slow responder!! im sure for most the gamble pays off but its something to be aware of if you plan to have the treatment.

My experience with the Private Clinic from first introduction to aftercare post procedure has been of an excellent standard. I would recommend this clinic without hesitation due to the high level of customer dedication displayed and delivered by the team. It is very clear to see the professionalism offered by the team overall. The team at Birmingham practice have delivered beyond my expectations a big thank you to Wanda and her team the time and attention to detail applied pre operation and post make you as a patient feel fully comfortable and cared for. My surgeon Mr Michael Mousakis was excellent he fulfilled all my needs and expectations, his high level of experience and skill shows from first interaction stage through to surgery completion. I am extremely satisfied with my results. To add, following my procedure, I needed to make medical content to check on my recovery importantly this clinic offer you out of hours support with a team of nurses and your consultant if needed which is extremely important and the appropriate aftercare for patients following surgery.

Great experience from start to finish!

Having first visited TPC at the end of Summer 2023, I recently had my last appointment there after 10 visits.

I've no complaints about the service I received and everyone there, and the atmosphere, was always very professional, friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed and at ease each time.

My two standout people are Rumyana, who did my treatments. She is a lovely person and I couldn't have asked for someone nicer. Miko was also very friendly and welcoming.

Rumyana made it clear from the start what she felt was achievable and wanted me to be sure before continuing which I felt was a very honest approach to which I am grateful.

Fortunately my treatments achieved more than predicted so I was happy enough with the results. I wanted to give it a go than to wonder "what if".

I'd be happy to go back again and recommend anyone to TPC in future from my experience.

The staff were friendly and keen to answer any questions I had in beginning, when I was only considering a treatment. Each time I visited the clinic I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. The PA to Mr Kyriakides, is a very reassuring presence - and was with me all the way from my first consultation to my final check-up appointment. Aftercare was excellent and the surgeon wanted to know that I was completely satisfied with the procedure. He has a confident and calm bedside manner. He is personable and has a sense of humour.

My treatment for varicose veins using sclerotherapy with Mr Rittoo has been such a success.
Mr Rittoo and the whole team at Private Clinic are not only professional, but extremely attentive and made me feel at ease
My veins were extremely unsightly, but Mr Rittoo is a perfectionist and I am so happy with the results, and more so will be able to go on holiday and wear shorts feeling very confident.

I received a very professional service. The care was excellent throughout from the initial consultation to my final post op appointment which was all with the Birmingham clinic. Dr Fazel was my surgeon and he was very professional, understanding and took time to listen and explain all the surgery entailed. I’m so pleased with the results. I would highly recommend.

A couple of months ago, I had Ultherapy on my lower face and neck carried out at The Private Clinic.
This treatment involves a laser penetrating the lowest layer of skin, causing damage, which during the stage of repair, allows new collagen to form, hence creating a younger, fresher, more plump and tight appearance.
The procedure takes about an hour and a half in total, and I can confidently say without a shadow of doubt, that from beginning to end, I was dealt with in the most professional way by the therapist at the Private Clinic..
The therapist provided exactly what you’d imagine from a reputable establishment, a no rush service, highly knowledgeable, able to answer every single question in depth, clearly displaying a vast spectrum of knowledge and understanding about the procedure, what it entails, how it works, what to expect and how long it may last.
In the past I’ve had this procedure done at an another “ apparently reputable” clinic and the difference was phenomenal! The Private Clinic lives up to, and deserves its reputation.

This procedure is something I’ve wanted to do for years but never had the confidence to do so. The private clinic made me feel very welcome and comfortable. All the staff members are lovely especially the nurse I had she was amazing I felt like I had known her for years. My actual procedure was great, I’d never been under anaesthetic before and was very nervous about this but it was totally fine and the hospital were very helpful and caring. I ended up staying overnight which wasn’t planned due to someone having an emergency but they let my fiancé stay with me and then come back to pick me up in the morning. All round the best thing I’ve ever done and I couldn’t recommend them enough

Mr Rittoo and Cat, his nurse, provided a great service! They were both welcoming, knowledgeable, kind, friendly and really made me feel well looked after. I couldn't rate their service highly enough. From first contact with the private clinic, to now, 2 months on from my surgery, I’ve been so grateful to everyone at the Birmingham clinic. After feeling very nervous and putting the procedure off for a while I’m so glad I finally did it, Mr Fazel put me at ease and explained everything so clearly. Wanda always made contact with me if I was worried about anything or had any questions. The aftercare was second to none, I felt the nurses went above and beyond to take care of me. Thanks to everyone who made my surgery journey so easy. If I had any further procedures I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

The staff at the private clinic are excellent. They only use the most experienced surgeons of which Dr
Ferdinard Inglott is one (vascular et al). I had a bad long sapphire vein (LSV) varicose vein. Everything went well and has faded away my lower leg has stopped swelling. Aftercare was great as well. Cant fault will be looking to them for my vanity needs in the future although the leg was not vanity.

Very professional & great communication. I can't speak highly enough about Mr. Fazel, Gladys & Rachel. I'm very pleased with the results of my breast augumentation + lift. Very minimal scarring and recovery was smooth, & easy too.
