In my opinion the level of customer service was without doubt some of the best I have experienced.

I found Protien Warehouse through Google and decided to ring and order over the phone. The chap who I spoke with was extremely helpful, professional, very friendly and informative.

After 12 hours an address issue arouse on my method of payment and the Customer Service staff phoned me directly and the issue was resolved immediately. I wasn't left with a faceless email or having to phone slot of departments. Very refreshing.

I was informed that my order would arrive TSS next datmy between 11:25 and 12:25, not like the usual between 08:00 and 14:00 as most other services provide, and my order arrived bang on time. Fantastic.

This was the first time i have used this particular company and was pleasantly surprised by the courteous customer service and hassle free ordering process. Furthermore, the delivery of my item was on time. I particular liked the email indicating to me what time (within the hour) my item would be delivered. This saves waiting around and enabled me to organise my day.
