Come on you are out to make a profit, not a killing!

I felt like the customer equivalent of a captive audience as our walk leader had arranged the booking. Alright the customer care was good, but the food was expensive and they asked a 12.5% service charge. I asked for a Child's Pasta Dish at 13.50 and also received a full pint of Pepsi. The total cost being £20.50 The Pasta Dish consisted of no more than a small dish of spaghetti in tomato sauce (albeit chef made). No vegetables, no herbs or spices and I had to ask for Parmesan to bulk it out a little.
