Absolutely love the QUICK GLOW gradual tan & body moisturiser mousse. It gives me a great & natural colour, is easy to apply and remove AND doesn't come off on my clothes

I’ve used the Quick Flick sunscreen and…

I’ve used the Quick Flick sunscreen and Quick Screen for years and honestly, I always come back to them.

The Quick Screen sits perfectly under foundation and doubles as a primer, which makes it a go-to for everyday wear. It feels light, absorbs fast, and never pills.

The Whipped Sunscreen is just as good, super easy to apply, sets quickly, and smells delicious.

I’ve tried so many other products, but nothing beats how these two feel on the skin. Effortless, effective, and actually enjoyable to wear. Total must have in my routine.

Sensitive skin girly!

I've only just come across your brand in the last month...I am utterly obsessed with your tanning mousse!! I have never been able to regularly tan because all other brands l've used either break out my back/chest acne, flare up my eczema & of course warrant a sheet change. I have been using it once - twice a week and have no issues whatsoever 🥹 👏

Worth the hype

I got the tanning mousse, and it was worth the hype! Although it took me some time, 1 month but it finally arrived and I was glad I waited. My go-to tanner for life. The company mentioned it'll no longer be on preorder from next eek

I ordered back in April and I haven't…

I ordered back in April and I haven't received the product. No shipping updates. I sent them an email and no response. I believe this is fraud. Its been over 2 months and I am now reporting it to my credit card company.

I ordered in April

I ordered in April, I haven't gotten my order yet. I have reached out to the company regarding said order and was told I was to receive by now. We are currently looking at 2 months past order date and still nothing. I also keep getting the same answer from their team regarding back order and shipping the following week.

Delayed product dispatch date

I can’t review the product yet, as I haven’t received it. I placed a pre-order on April 30th and was informed that it would be dispatched late May to early June. Time passed and no status updates were provided. On June 7th, I followed up with an email asking for an update, and was told that new stock is being received on June 10th and will be sent out soon. It is now June 20th (almost the end of June) and I have yet to receive any updates regarding dispatch, let alone any product. I definitely wouldn’t have ordered if I knew that the promised dispatch date range wouldn’t have been fulfilled. I was really looking forward to trying out this product, since I love the tone of the tan I saw in the reviews. I’m going on vacation next week and was hoping to bring this tan along with me, as it was supposed to be dispatched a month before this trip. Now, I’m trying to see if I can get a refund and just buy another self tanner since it wouldn’t be worth it to order this and buy another one while I wait. I really wish they had been more informative with the product status and provided updates.

Still waiting for my order......????

I placed my first and only order on April 10, 2025. My order was paid in full immediately after placing order. With the promise (stated on my receipt) that two items would be shipped late April and the actual tanning bundle would be shipped mid May. It is now 6/12/2026 mid June. I have not received a single item. Questioning the stability and honesty of this company.
I have sent one email the beginning of May asking about my order. I received one response that they were holding my April items to be shipped with my mid May items.
They are still advertising for more orders yet have not fulfilled their previous orders.

As of 6/26 I have not heard anything additional then their reply below. Still waiting yet also receiving emails advertising for me to order more product.

Holy grail gradual tan

Holy grail gradual tan! Believe the hype, this mousse and spray is amazing. It dries super fast, feels weightless on the skin, and doesn’t stain sheets or clothes. I got the perfect natural bronze glow after just one use. Faded really nicely too, like a natural tan.

no refund

Unfortunately, the colour didn't work for me.
I had been in a long correspondence with someone from the company. They agreed for me to return it at my own expense. However, they received the products nearly two weeks ago and are still not giving me back my money.I wish I had not returned it; I would have given it to a friend.Just be aware of this before you purchase.

To clarify, your order was returned as a change-of-mind, which falls under our standard return policy where customers cover return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect. Once you let us know you were sending it back, we followed up with our warehouse to confirm receipt. At that time, we hadn’t received a tracking number from you, which made it difficult to locate the parcel. As soon as you provided it, we were able to identify the return.

However, we found that one of the items from your original order was missing from the return. We reached out for clarification and, while we haven’t received a response yet, we’ve already processed a refund for the product that was successfully returned.

Will forever recommend this brand

Absolutely love this brand and it's innovative products. This brand has such an informative social media page. Their OG primer sunscreen is what made me build the habit of putting sunscreen on daily. I will forever recommend and hype this brand. I have had a few issues of the lids on some products breaking easily and I have sent through my feedback directly which they've kindly take my feedback so hopefully I get to see this improve as I'll still buy from this brand as it's formulas are top notch

Horrible customer service.

Horrible customer service.
I made an order and immediately noticed a mistake in the address due to Google Pay making the payment and somehow sending it to my old address without confirming it with me.

I immediately contacted customer service, and the answer was that we couldn't do anything and yes we sent it already. Should I mention that they answered me 24 hours after the order was made?

Also, bear in mind that as the receiver, you have the options to request a redirect or a pickup directly through the carrier once your order is dispatched.

The Quick Flick has amazing products, i have bought so many items from their collection and will definitely be repurchasing over and over. I love the whipped gradual tan especially, it’s so hydrating and comes out with the perfect colour everytime without transferring.

Don't think; Just buy!

Ah, the whole process was flawless, from finding the right product for me, there's alot of descriptions that helped me decided what size to grab, as well as checking out, postage and ofcourse, the product itself! I will be buying again! Thank you! I bought the eyeliner stamp and the eye makeup remover. Both I'll be buying again!

Amazing experience

I had a wonderful experience with their customer service. I ran into an issue with my parcel, but thanks to Marie's exceptional friendliness and assistance, everything got sorted out smoothly. I'm thrilled to say that I've finally received my products, and I couldn't be happier! I just tried them, and they're absolutely fantastic. I totally recommend the products, it's a 100% must-try! 😊

Very helpful customer service team

I had some issues trying to place my latest order. The customer service team was incredibly helpful and sorted it all out for me. Seeing that the Quick Flick products are also some of the best make-up and skincare products I've ever used, I definitely recommend them. You guys are the best!

Quick Flick is amazing

I have been a fan of the eyeliner stamps for years now. From the time that the quick flick only had the eyeliner stamps. (Which really helped my morning routine.) I still use their stamps and a few months ago I wanted to try some of their other products.

So I placed an order but after a few days I had no tracking information. I reached out to the costumer service. Marie was awesome, she told me that because of a technical issue some items where still for sale on the website, but actually out off stock. Marie offered me a few choices over how to proceed. I choose to cancel my order and got a refund. A few days later a got a code for 10% off my next purchase.

Really, the Quick Flick is amazing. Good products and good costumer service.
