Excellent, delighted with the outcome,

I had a quilt Longarm quilted by Laura. (Actually the third one she has done for me, which is feedback in itself). She was incredibly helpful in terms of choosing thread as well as pattern, and was prompt in doing the work. She kept me informed throughout the process which meant I knew exactly what to expect and when.

My quilt came back beautifully quilted. Excellent service and communication, a vey easy process and all by email and Royal Mail. I will definitely use The Quiltsanctuary again in the future.
When the quilt arrived it was wrapped so beautifully!

Wish I could bottle the sqeals of delight when the quilt was unwrapped. First time it was when I unwrapped it, 2nd time after it had been bound and rewrapped for my granddaughter.

Laura was communicative, helpful and generally lovely for the entire experience! She kept me updated on the status of my order at every step, and was always happy to answer any questions I had.

The only note I have is that the order took a lot longer than I was expecting to be completed, but Laura was up front about potential delays from the start.

Laura always replies very quickly and is very good at offering a good choice of stitch designs and coloured cotton choices. The finished quilts are always fantastic.

She is incredible at more bespoke patterns too and works with you to ensure you end up with something really special. Thread quality, choice and colour is top notch.

Pieces of stitched fabric are posted to be long arm quilted at the Quilt Sanctuary.
More options then as to stitch pattern and thread colour and wadding. Then wait.
A box returns, great excitement, there inside the pieces of fabric are transformed into a beautifully finished quilt, just waiting to be bound and labelled.

I love sending my unfinished quilt tops & backing fabrics to the Quilt Sanctuary because Laura always transforms them and sends me back a cosy quilt of beaity that i could never have achieved myself! I like how Laura suggests thread colours and stitching patterns and so far I have sent about 6 or more quilts (thank you, lockdowns) to the Quilt Sanctuary. I will definitely be sending more quilts to her in future. Laura is friendly, helpful, skilful and the quality of her work is always very high, yet fairly priced. Highly recommended. Thank you!
