Pessima gestione del servizio clienti ed errore sul prodotto.
Ho contattato la signora in chat, prima dell'acquisto, chiedendo esplicitamente se fosse possibile realizzare la collana con il nome Chloé. Mi è stato risposto con un chiaro "Certo" e fornito il link per l'ordine.
Una volta ricevuta la collana, il nome era scritto senza accento ("Chloe"). Quando ho fatto presente l'errore, la risposta del servizio clienti è stata che le loro lettere non prevedono accenti e che il "Certo" si riferiva in generale alla possibilità di personalizzare il nome.
Un'attività professionale dovrebbe specificare i propri limiti prima di confermare un ordine, invece di far credere che la richiesta sia fattibile per poi lavarsene le mani a pagamento effettuato. Risultato: soldi buttati per una collana che non posso indossare perché il nome è sbagliato. Esperienza davvero deludente.
