I was told the product would be shipping within a few days of ordering by the owner himself. A few days later I received a shipping notification. Upon checking the tracking number a day or so later it stated that the courier could not collect from the supplier. I contacted the owner to be told it would be shipped a week later as that was the next available collection date. A week later, the tracking number read that the delivery had been cancelled by the sender. Numerous emails and messages to the company have gone unanswered, and the phone number is not working. Luckily I paid by credit card but I fear for anyone in my position who paid by other means. In summary a total scam of a company based on my experience. The skate community is a great one and deserves better than con artists like ramp supply co.

After a few communication issues, Ryan went above and beyond to make good and we now have two extremely happy children. The ramps are very good quality and our children are very excited to use them this weekend! We would order again in the future.

Nothing but good things to say about Ryan and the quality of the ramps. I asked for a special sizing of 2.5ft which was no problem at all. The transition is perfect and build quality excellent. We have 2 x 8ft wide and 2 x 4ft wide quarter pipes as well as a modular spine. Both my son and myself are thrilled with the adaptable nature of this setup, we’ve even converted to an indoor mini ramp for the winter. I’ve visited a lot of skateparks and competition/festival setups and can say these are as smart and well made as any wooden ramps I’ve come across. Recommended.

Superb customer service and work ethic!
When I was looking for miniramps online I wasn't quite sure what size I needed, I've been skating for over 20 years but I was always rubbish on ramps.

Ryan from TheRampSupplyCo was super friendly from his first email reply and continued to be really informative and helpful during the whole experience. I gave him the measurements of the space I had available and what the main function of the ramp was (small, messing about stuff) and Ryan came back to advise 2-3 foot high would be best, but go 2ft if you want super chilled ramp sessions.

I also asked if Ryan could make a custom sized shotgun rail and he was happy to oblige, taking it on as a new challenge and something he could add to what he offered on the website.

We were in regular email contact for a few weeks whilst the rail was especially made, welded and spray painted, then Ryan was really flexible about when he could come and build/install the ramp. He drove all the way from Stafford to Cornwall one Wednesday morning, spent 5 hours building the ramp and soldiered home through the traffic.

I've been so happy with how the ramp and rail worked out, the weather has been awful this autumn/winter and there's been little chance for me to go surfing, but now with a miniramp in my garage I can get out for a skate nearly every day if I want to (and if the wife let's me!)

Amazing company, excellent ramp construction and top quality materials, I can't recommend Ryan and TheRampSupplyCo enough!

Complete lack of communication. An order has now been over 2 months, yes there has been a pandemic but not a single email or use of their contact form has been answered.

I'd avoid.

After a long wait my ramp was delivered and installed for free. Thanks guys!
