Omg. I wish I saw these reviews before I purchased. I had a hair appt and they didn’t send me the hair until weeks after the appt. I tried to dispute this!! Zero customer service. Like awful. I finally used the hair. It’s a birds nest. Worst hair I have ever had. I have to take it out after 2 weeks. Save your money and don’t give this business another penny.
Great experience! The hair is beautiful and very natural looking. I will definitely be ordering again.
They just don’t care about their customers. No answer to emails regarding a refund. When eventually a reply comes it’s an abrupt one line response. No greeting, no sign off, no apologies about delays or any human empathy or care at all. You don’t matter.. that much is clear. I’m still waiting for a response for over a week and nothing… had nice hair from them before but I won’t be burdening them with my business again. I think other companies just may appreciate it more. Simple as that.

They promise “Money-back guarantee!” I returned the hair over 10 days ago, and they confirmed they received it. But they didn't refunded my money yet!! They dont responding to your messages! absolutely rubbish service! The service promised delivery within 3 to 5 working days charge you £8 ! , but I only received my order after 2 weeks. Now, I have to chase my refund even though they received the item back more than 10 days ago!

Terrible quality. I paid almost £300 for a U-Part wig. The description said with good care will last up to 3 years. This barely made it a month. The density was thin, definitely not 200% as described, and I've never experienced so much shedding. It's sickening how a company can get away with conning people.
For the record. I wanted to support a small, black owned company, and I really didn't want to write a bad review, but I feel conned and it's not acceptable. DO BETTER!

Raw hair is not quality and 5x5 closure is not raw hair.
Received a post wash/perfumed 5x5 as well.

The hair is NOT human hair it’s bad quality and stinks of chemicals so it’s is 100% NOT unprocessed!
I have had to put a claim in with PayPal to get a refund after returning the hair and I’m still waiting for my money. PayPal are also investigating them!
