What a team! We just moved to our new house and the service couldn't be better. Super efficient, patient and friendly. They made what could be a very stressful day into a fun day! Thank you so much!

No care was taken whatsoever, my furniture was bumped down the steps, gouges were left in newly renovated Ercol table, plant pots from the garden were put on dining chairs, scratching them, items were leant against the canvas of a painting, a wheel was smashed of the bed, the corner of the cupboard forced apart, my coffee tables legs are now loose , lumps taken of the door frame , scratches on the doors. I understand accidents happen, but this is just carelessness. Rana will not compensate me. There was no evidence that staff had any ability to move furniture without damaging it. And some gaslighting to suggest it was my fault and I've refused compensation.

Excellent service. Could not praise them highly enough. Made my daughter's move a doddle. Prices may sound higher than other companies, but with efficient professional men, the move was completed an hour less than the estimated time so actually worked out cheaper. I will certainly recommend to everyone. Thanks fo a great service
