Amazing all round service. Great communication and quality product and technicians. Thrilled with my new conservatory windows and doors and my new back door.
This company has a helpful “ can do” attitude, nothing is too much trouble. They come on time, do a fantastic job and leave everything immaculate. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Poor service and price.
Asked for a quote for windows and doors. Despite me chasing on numerous occasions, it took them 6 weeks, and numerous broken promises, to eventually send through a quote. When they did, the quote was twice the price of quotes from their competitors for the same products. So 13k more!! Why would you use them?

Excellent product (back door), service and fitting.

We had 1st class service from our original meeting o through to the complete fitting by our fitter, and he was extremely good at what he done. This was or second front door we have had fitted by Thermaglaze and I have no qualms about my recommendation to anyone who needs this type of work.

Still waiting for some after sales services. Both doors fitted no longer close properly. Last contact was in December 2023. Nothing heard since despite repeated attempts to contact them

I used Thermaglaze to install some new windows in my property. I visited the showroom which had a great selection of products to view. The salesman was friendly and informative. I was updated & informed throughout the process and the installation was great. The fitters were friendly & professional. I would definitely recommend them!

Internal doors required adjustment as not closing properly. Very efficient booking from their office, problem sorted, and excellent customer service from start to completion.

So pleased with my three new windows. The men arrived on the dot of 8.30, as agreed, and immediately set to work. I had to leave the house for health reasons, but upon my return that afternoon, I was met with the completed job and no mess! Thank you Gareth and your companion.

We have used Thermaglaze several times for full replacement windows, front door, closing in our porch and also replacing a polycarbonate conservatory roof with a solid Warmroof. We have always been more than happy with any work carried out and their customer service has been second to none, coming back even after several years if we have experienced any problems (which has included an annoying little cap that keeps coming out from our front door hinge), nothing is ever too much trouble. Would certainly recommend Thermaglaze

Thermaglaze recently replaced our old wooden conservatory with a new Warm Roof Extension. It wasn't straight forward as there were existing kitchen units which had to be protected during the build. From the planning stages to the building work and fitting of the new extension everything was done as per the schedule with great care and skill. We are so pleased with it all and would certainly use Thermaglaze in the future.

If I were writing this a couple of months ago I would have said that there have been a lot of mistakes and delays out of their control but that I was still happy with the service and would use them again. However further issues and delays and reduced communication with me has changed my opinion. When this job was priced we were told that it would probably be a one day install and would be completed within a few months of confirming the quote. We are now about a year since it was quoted, and I cannot count how many times they have had to return to finish or for rework! This has been such a disruption having to take time off work to be home each time and with a big clean up after they leave each time. There have been multiple windows broken by them, big delays on parts, wrong colour hinges installed, ones that were put in as fixed windows that were quoted as opening, issues with doors not fitting and then frames and new doors being all scratched trying to squeeze it in leaving us with doors that couldn’t be opened, several return trips for doors jamming, being able to see daylight around the edges of new windows when they are shut, panel beating of brand new doors they damaged, just to name a few things! One of their workers even told me that their nickname in the industry is ‘Thema-Bash’ (or Thema-Smash’ or similar I cant quite remember) and they recommended other companies to me for next time!! We had intended that this would be the first instalment one of many due to the amount of glass we have in our house and were hoping to stay with the same company to ensure everything matched but we will be going with someone else for round two. One positive thing about this experience has been dealing with Scott who has been very kind and helpful but when he stopped being the point of contact it changed and the guys who have been on site have been really nice. This was not our cheapest quote for the job but because Scott seemed good to deal with at the time of quoting we went with them, I now wish I had gone with an alternative. I would not recommend.

Excellent service all round. Tom turned up dead on time, worked very hard and did a really good job, we were so pleased. Tom was pleasant and a good price with NOTHING paid until job satisfaction.

When we ordered our new front door, despite someone coming round to measure up, no one talk us thru the various options, and how our hallway would look once the door we choose was fitted etc,
when our door was fitted a month ago, to be fair its an amazing door, fitted to perfection,

But only having the one window has meant the hallway is really quite dark,

now not being people just to put our problems at someone else's responsibility, we decided that it was probably our own fault, so decided if we could afford it we would just get the Door itself replaced,

initially we thought we would go to the local showroom to see their fine selection of doors!,

Nope the guy was borderline rude, stating there's not really any doors there, and just handed as the brochure and said just choose from that!, he obviously wanted to get rid of us!!

so after working out for ourselves what door would be the best, we put in an order for a quote, and despite chasing ,
that's it nothing,

I Don't mind spending my money, but I'm not going to continually chase a company to take it, I will just have to go else where
if you can put up with the Shoddy sales and customer service you will get a great door,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,eventually,

Ordered a double glazed large patio door at the beginning of Dec and 2022. Paid a deposit and was told it would be ready to be installed at the end of Feb. Nathan came round to remeasure early Feb and said we could cut away the wall to fit the new door as it was a new opening we were creating. 2 months on still no door and I have a giant hole in the wall. I keep getting told it will arrive next week and “next week” never happens. Nathan took a second payment when he came the check the measurements in Feb. I have no door and I am out of pocket 4K. He doesn’t respond to my call or messages. It’s an absolute joke of a company. Do not trust them or you will end up like me. Out of pocket.

We decided to use Thermaglaze as they were the only company to supply narrow framed windows (SlimJims) and there was an added bonus as they were a local company. The initial visit to discuss what we wanted was excellent as we discovered through discussion that we could have a style of window that had no central frames which was better than we had envisaged. The second visit for measuring up was great and we were given lots of advice around window architrave which enabled us to make an informed choice under no pressure. The fitting of the windows took two days to complete. The work team of three were superb, taking care around their working environment in each room to avoid any damage. After each day, they left the rooms they had worked in in immaculate condition. I would highly recommend checking out Thermaglaze if you are thinking of purchasing new windows. We were very pleased with the whole experience

This was the second time we had used Thermaglaze for replacement windows. Everything went smoothly from our visit to the showroom to the surveyor visit and finally the fitting of a new sliding door & a fixed pane both larger than the normal size.. The fitters were efficient & cleared up any mess. No problem with taking the old ones away. I would certainly use them again should the need arise.

Thermaglaze recently installed a new composite front door and I was impressed with their service from start to finish. Lovely people to deal with. They have already replaced my gutters, fascias, sofitts and french doors so there was no question as to where I would go

Like others we decided to go with Thermaglaze for a conservatory based on recommendations from friends and positive reviews, however despite the initial positive start this took a rapid decline once their builder became involved.

There was Poor Communication throughout, quotes for additional work were lacking clarity and transparency.

It took their builder 3 months to provide a quote which was over 3 x the cost it should have been, we were informed this was a mistake and was adjusted quickly, and suspiciously to the amount we had budgeted for this extra work that I had naively informed them of. Due to this we asked for a breakdown of cost as it lacked clarity, and included materials that was already included in the main base work quote so asked for clarity on this. This was never provided by Thermaglaze neither did we receive a consistent explanation how the original mistake happened; the builder then refused to go ahead. We decided to have the drain moved by a Water Board Approved contractor in the hope this would make it easier for Thermaglaze to provide another builder to do the base build.

Thermaglaze then informed us their original builder may go ahead after all, and the next month we were told, the builder will and won't go ahead for different reasons, finally it appeared we were making progress, all drain works were reviewed. They went away to provide another date for installation, after not hearing anything for a couple of weeks, we decided to cancel as had no confidence that there was a will or desire from Thermaglaze or their builder to complete the project.

I notice that most of the positive reviews are for replacement doors and windows, so presume that when dealing solely with them they are probably fine, however after the stress, uncertainty and financial cost of the last few months the Thermaglaze Experience is not one we would wish to go through again.

We were impressed with Thermaglaze from the first contact onwards. Their staff are polite, welcoming, and highly skilled.
We had a quote for work to be done, and when we had to defer to a later date, they accommodated this with no problem. The standard of the work is first class and we are delighted with the new windows and front door.
