Chose the 6 kw version of this electric boiler for my customer as they have virtually free electricity via solar panels payback scheme, removed the existing open vent has boiler, bricked up flue hole and fitted the Thermogroup boiler approx 1 hour to fit, electrician connected the wiring and switched on, great performance, did what it supposed to do.
I'm happy.

Worst company ever took thousands of dollars from us. Never delivered the units. Just a revolving voicemail. You can’t get in touch with anyone after they take your money. Buyer beware

SERVICE SECOND TO NO ONE.
This company has old school service and other companies should take a leaf out of Thermofans book of policies. I purchased a Thermofan TF1800 through one of their distributors and found it was faulty. I rang Thermogroup for advice and found them very helpful, they asked if I could try a few test first and unfortunately this did not resolve the issue. However they quickly responded with sending a replacement within 24 hours attached with a reply package to return the faulty heater. I highly recommend this company.

Great boiler. Compact, quiet, efficient, with adjustable power supply. Ideal for small flats. There is nothing like this on the UK market, according to my heating engineer with 20 years’ experience

We ordered a central heating boiler from Thermogroup and received it very quickly. Everyone we dealt with was really helpful and kind, especially Cedric. While planning out the installation of our boiler we received loads of help with questions and advice.

I just bought and installed this boiler which is being used for under floor heating, a water based system. Customer service is excellent, even before I bought it they explained everything how this works and what to expect. I have communicated with Mr Cedric and Mr Herman who both offered their help without complications and through the chat the phone and also through video calling. They are always ready. The boiler is very small compared to a CV Ketel, and very easy to operate, it makes a little bit of noise but if you get used to it, will not bother you anymore. The first time it took a few hours to warm the house but if you use it regularly then is not a problem at all. The house is warm and comfortable, I can not tell you anything about consumption yet, but I think will be worth it.

Good product, great service

I cannot recommend Thermogroup enough. The advice and support has been excellent. The technical team listened carefully to our requirements and helped us specify the most suitable boiler. They also advised on installation and helped us find an excellent professional to do the work. Once ordered, the boiler and accessories arrived the next working day at no extra cost. The system is exactly as described, very robust yet simple to install and has now worked perfectly for over a year. We have a 9Kw boiler that runs 8 cast iron radiators easily. Very impressed.
