Great service, I messed up my online order, ended up ordering the same 3 bags of beans twice, rather than just sending it all, they rang me the next day to check this was correct and offered to refund the 2nd order, I kept it all as I love my coffee, I then received my order the next day, even though they warned it may take longer due to royal mail and covid. Cracking all round customer service 👏
