Very good customer service - the scarf seller answered my queries very quickly and the stock is true as advertised and excellent quality. I highly recommend.

I ordered two scarves, they phoned me to tell me one of them was not in stock. I asked them to replace with one of their choice but she(Bev) asked me what my favourite flowers were. Today I received the scarves, gorgeous, quality excellent and a lovely note with a small gift to make up for not getting one of my original order. What a service, I will recommend to all my friends
