After I placed an order for a navy tweed jacket and waistcoat I was contacted by Mike from the team who let me know that unfortunately the size I had ordered was no longer in stock, but helpfully offered the navy in an alternative size or the charcoal option in the original size. I went with the charcoal jacket and it was dispatched immediately and arrived the next day which I really appreciated. The jacket feels great quality for such a reasonable price, and the colour worked out even better than the option I had originally wanted so I’m delighted! Thanks for being so responsive and helpful.

Was looking for a Black Crombie style over coat for a while, this company came up on search with the coat in my size in stock and with fast delivery, looks great quality and a good fit. ordering process was simple with good communication. great service & would highly recommend

I have come back to post a review because I was blown away by the service. My first order had a mistake in the address and I forgot to apply my welcome discount. Luckily Cynthia replied before my order went out that she could cancel it. After placing a new order, in the middle of the day, I was shocked that there was a delivery attempt the next morning in Bristol. I was sure it had to be a mistake, but realized it is just that the shipping process is amazingly fast and efficient. Cynthia replied promptly to two follow up questions. In this day and age it is so wonderful to have someone knowlegable and efficient help you out immediately, rather than to wade through a barrage of AI chat agents, who do anything except help you. I rarely do reviews but this company gets my absolute top marks.

My order was delayed in transit due to DPD, and the team at Scotland Kilt Company - especially Cynthia - went above and beyond to ensure a replacement was delivered to me the same day before my event!

I purchased my kilt coat and vest from the US and it wasn't the correct fit. Upon my holiday visit to Edinburgh Scotland I visited the shop and kindly requested to have an exchange. Ben and Sonny couldn't have been more helpful in locating my correct size. Within a few minutes I was all sorted out and on my way. I would recommend The Scottish Kilt Company to anyone as the customer service was EXCELLENT 👍.

I purchased a beautiful rug, silver bannockbane . It’s a really lovely good quality rug with beautiful muted grey silver and blue colours looks great on my sofa and the dog loves it too.
It is machine washable as well ! Delighted and would thoroughly recommend this company.

Living in Spain unsure about sizeing and cautious about buying clothing on line in case of requiring to return goods and unsure of the import duty l would have to pay after brexit. I decided to travel to Scotland combine a visit to family in Perth with
a visit to the Scotland kilt company warehouse. I considered the warehouse would hold most options be open to me. I have some mobility issues but without difficulty l traveled from Perth to Edinburgh by train a short taxi ride and I was there. On entry l was attended to by Lynn, a young lady with patience of a saint. Me approching 70 from the wrong direction. She dealt calmly with all my indecisions, complete changes of mind, sizeing, style, choice of accesorios all calmly treated with good grace and a genuine desire to find exactly what I was comfortable and happy with and looked good on me. I arrived at lunchtime and was there till after closing at no point did I feel under pressure to buy or that my time was up. Now back home and reflecting on my Day with the Scotland kilt company in all honesty say and without doubt I have never had a more pleasurable shopping experience. I am totally delighted with the clothing that I bought all at the most pocket friendly prices imaginable. Lynn you are a star! Thank you for your kindness and patience throughout. very good customer service, ordered 5 items online had a minor issue with one item which I returned asking for a replacement and was sent same by almost return post. replacement was excellent. high quality goods for reasonable prices. will definitely be a return customer.
