Totally unreliable. Did not turn up to the confirmed appointment. I waited in all day as I was told they were unable to confirm a time but that I would be called one hour before the driver arrived. By 3pm, I had not heard anything so called them to make sure they were still coming. Only at this point did they inform me that the vehicle had broken down (not sure I believe this)
We have used this company for more than 2 years now and they are brilliant. Nothing is too much trouble. The staff on the phone and in person are always polite professional and helpful. Would defintiely recommend Patrick and The Shred Centre to anyone
