We ordered a small quantity of pre finished wood grain oak skirting. The website was easy to use. We have a complicated delivery address, but the delivery came promptly There was damage to the packaging though well wrapped. The Skirting Board Shop offered an immediate resolution without prompting so we were not adversely affected by the damage. Would recommend and use again.

I am extremely disappointed with TheSkirtingBoardShop. I placed an order with a promised delivery date of 2 days, which was confirmed. However, after the confirmation, I was informed that the items were not in stock. This is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience. I expected better communication and reliability. I will not be ordering from them again.

Let me order but didn’t have the stock to fulfil. Took them 3 days to tell me (hidden in the many emails you receive) and then it took some investigation to find out that my ‘complete’ order wasn’t actually complete. When I spoke to them they couldn’t provide a new date and had no alternatives in stock so requested refund. Wouldn’t recommend. Very poor communication.

Rounded One Edge 18mm x 94mm x 4.400m White Fully Finished and Rounded One Edge 18mm x 68mm Architrave Set White Fully Finished (Foil Wrapped) consisting of 2 jambs 2.1mtrs and 1 head. Total amount is £736.34 Absolutely unexpectable quality. At least 70% of planks were damaged, scratched unable to use. The order was calculated with 15% of extra length on top but now need to order extra as massive losses on quality.

Absolutely great customer service. We ordered skirting boards for clients of ours. The products are nice. Communication was very quick and easy going. Samples were also sent immediately when requested. Thank you.

Excellent service and product. Simple order process for my window board and skirting, and it was delivered on their own transport on the day they said. Friendly staff both on the phone and during delivery. 5*

Very poor service so far. The order hasn't arrived, emailed company, no response to email.
Update
Had to chase order by phone. No real explanation for non delivery of goods. A refund has been made for the value of the order

Ordered white oak veneer MDF skirting and architrave.

From the initial sample request to final delivery of the product the speed and clarity of all communication was superb. We were given a delivery date immediately and on the due date one of their employees arrived with our ordered items. Before leaving he insisted on taking extra time to ensure all of the correct items had been delivered and that none of them had been damaged in transit.

The skirting and architrave takes stains and waxes very well due to the real oak veneer and it was easy to cut cleanly resulting in a very nice looking installation.

Would highly recommend them for skirting and architrave.
