Rejected withdrawal twice with no…

Rejected withdrawal twice with no explanation. No email reply from support in 3 days.
Cant use my credit card that was used to deposit, to withdrawal and cant use their bank transfer. Super frustrating! Customer service is hardly ever available.. its been 3 days and same excuse. No support.

Theslotz casino refuses to pay winnings

I won €300 at The Slotz Casino and have been trying to withdraw my winnings for more than two weeks now. I have contacted customer support multiple times, but they keep giving me different excuses and refusing to process the withdrawal properly.

I requested the payout to the same card I used for my deposit – three times – and every time they simply returned the money back to my casino account. It feels like they are just waiting for me to lose the money instead of paying it out.

Their support gives no real solutions and keeps stalling the process. This behavior is unacceptable and feels deliberately deceptive. I strongly advise others to be cautious with this casino.

Bonus not credited

Bonus not credited and the support is not helpful. Keep saying “the bonus will be credited on the next minutes” but, still waiting for it.

Really disappointing, if for a deposit bonus, there are already issue, I don’t imagine for the rest.

I hope I will get my problem solved and then I will potentially amend my comment if the rest of the experience is good
