Ordered Glycolic acid peel.
It arrived in 2 days.
Great stuff. It really works.

I got my package pretty early, I ordered salicylic acid 30%. It burns when you put it on, but that’s in the warning, I haven’t had it on very long, but my face feels tighter and I can already kinda see a small difference in my blemishes. (My acne is not severe it’s mainly small white/black heads on my nose, and the cheek skin next to it and my chin)

I bought a number of switches and a lightwaverf hub from these guys. Delivery was reasonably prompt, but on receipt I realised I'd misread their description and so had 3 incorrect switches and immediately contacted them to return.

Nobody returns calls or emails and it took 3 weeks for someone to send a return form out.

I then sent the switches back and waited for a refund. It's been more than 3 weeks now since the courier delivered to them and I've even spoken to someone in their 'customer service' (a complete misnomer) department 10 days ago and been told my refund would be processed, yet nothing has happened. Now going to reclaim via my credit card company as unfortunately this company apparently can't be trusted.

Placed my order before Christmas. Knew there was going to be a delay and likely to be sent after the New Year. 1 week has now passed and still no sign of the Chrome Polished LightwaveRF Dimmer Switch that I ordered. I called The Smart Shop to find out where my LightWaveRF Chrome Dimmer Light Switch was and they were unable to advise me. I was advised the item was sent via Yodel. Yodel would have provided the company with a tracking ID. I know this because I have a friend who works there.

If you want to be lied to and don't want to be called back then I wouldn't shop here.

Pay that little bit more money and shop somewhere else which has proper process in place and a decent customer service team.

I ordered some lightwaverf sockets online. I later decided to order different ones and called to cancel the first lot. They were very helpful and cancelled the order and told me I'd be refunded in 3 to 5 days. Three weeks later after no response to phone calls or email I've had to approach my bank to get a refund. Certainly wont be buying from them again if this is the standard of service. i suspect if you have any issues or defective goods you'll be on your own.

Good website and no issues placing my order, but the goods I ordered took about 4 weeks to arrive.

There was little to no communication from the shop apart from the initial order confirmation email. I tried contacting them several times via telephone, email and the online form. The phones are answered by a receptionist who will take your name and order reference and tell you that someone will call you back, but I never received a call back despite calling them 5 times over a few days.

I eventually managed to get a response via their Facebook page, and was informed that there were issues with their courier (DPD), but they wouldn't provide me with a tracking reference. I was told on a couple of occasions that someone would contact me with an update but never heard from them. I began thinking that I would never receive the goods I ordered and was preparing to contact my bank about it, but fortunately the goods were delivered (about 28 days after placing the order).

Overall, it was a a frustrating and stressful experience. Good prices, and good website, but my advice would be to shop elsewhere unless you're happy to wait about a month for your goods to be delivered.

I M REQUESTING TO ALL PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD PLEASE DONT TAKE ANY AIR BOOKINGS FROM AGENT WHO IS USING THE SMART SHOP BOOKING PORTAL BECAUSE ITS A FRAUD COMPANY WHO DOES NOT UPDATES LIVE FARES AND RULES FROM AIRLINES AND AFTER THE BOOKING CUSTOMERS GET LOSS FROM THEM BY PAYING EXTRA CHARGES BAGGAGE COST AND CANCELLATIONS ETC...

I ordered a couple of switches from them as their site said they were in stock. A month later and I'm still waiting on them. I did contact them and to be honest they were reasonably quick at getting back to me, but all they said was that they don't run a live stock system and so far I'm past the date that they said they expected stock to be back in and no further update. They may be cheap but what's the use if you don't get your delivery?

It took 3 weeks before I received my items. The paperwork showed that they actually processed it two weeks after I placed the order, after I had sent two email chasing it. Wouldn't use them again.
