Order rattan furniture says was last one nearly £800 but it never arrived contract snug kids on the contract form got an email back from we thought was a lady her name was alice but it could have been anyone because the whole thing was a scam it's a good thing we paid by credit card and got our money back .so if you order from here dont expect it to arrive we orderd it on 28th june its now 14th August
Still awaiting my order more than 2 months after placing it. Told it’s being shipped from overseas and will be with me by end July. No sign of it. Unfortunately doubting I shall see it now before the end of the Summer, if at all. Also just noticed that according to their policy any damage caused in transit has to be taken up with the courier (China then internal
transit in the UK so either one could blame the other). I would avoid this company unfortunately. Will update if and when order received, whatever state it may be in & if at all.
