I’ve had such a good experience here on The Social Cat. I’ve worked with amazing companies and have discovered so many nice products. I’ve had such great feedback from companies and they are the ones helping me grow.

This is a great platform for UGC creators, like myself, to land collaborations with brands. The platform explains everything well and navigation is simple on both desktop and mobile versions. The only downside is that I have yet to land a paid collaboration. But I don't believe this is the fault of Social Cat, as they don't select who is chosen for what campaign.

The idea is good. But people suck and social cat does not make sure these 'so called' influencers don't take your money/product and run. I worked with 11 influencers over 2 months and 4 of them received the product but never did a video or gave me any explanation. Just took my stuff... out of the 7 creations I did get 1 of them was horrible and 1 of them they just sent raw video. No content posted. I did make a connection with an influencer that loves our products and we will continue to work together and that is why I have 2 Stars and not just 1 Star

Out of the 8 contents created, only 4 were good. Around 5-6 people received the product but didn’t post anything. With my subscription due, I won’t be renewing it. I can’t believe how poorly this is managed, and I couldn’t find a way to report creators who didn’t fulfill their responsibilities.

-Most of the influencers have very low engagement.
-You cant see but most seem to have audiences abroad or only ugc followers. All i got form my collabs was alot of requests for free products
- Only in my field but there is very limited options for more upmarket fashion. Most creators put effort in my didnt create good content. There was 3 out of 11 people that created good content. I had 15 connects but found no one suitable for the other collabs I had available
- Influencer stole my product. Despite there being a contract in place there is no protocol for this. You just lose you product and they stay on the site.

I initially believed Social Cat to be a fantastic opportunity, but after several months of working with them, I've come to a different conclusion. The influencers they provide, even under gifted and affiliate options, consistently fall short of expectations.

We've sent out shirts to influencers with the hope they would deliver quality content, but instead, we've been met with a series of failed collaborations.Months have passed with no content produced, yet the products are taken.

I've reached out to Social Cat multiple times to address this issue, only to receive dismissive responses suggesting I simply replace the influencers. This is unacceptable—I’m personally covering the costs for these shirts and shipping, only to be scammed without any content in return.I can no longer trust this platform.

These influencers are not reliable, and Social Cat enables them to take products without delivering any value, with no accountability whatsoever. I strongly advise steering clear of this service.

This seems to be not a good platform for businesses who pay for their service and only decent for microinfluencers. The posts I got were not good and pretty embarassing. I would not recommend for a business.

I have had a horrible experience working with one of your their brands but I have yet to receive a response regarding this despite multiple follow ups.

I am a product owner and I was offering gifted products to micro influencers in return for content. Some content has been delivered but some influencers just keep the product and don’t create content. My social cat doesn’t offer any refunds or compensate you for content not delivered and it was costing me near £100 to subscribe to them plus paying for the product I was gifting.

social cat has made my career in UGC and basically just creating amazing. I have been getting so much experience and their website is just beyond great and easy to work on :)

Great company! Just signed on a couple weeks ago and have had over 2 dozen collabs already! Great variety and new collab opportunities every day. Easy to communicate with clients and pick and choose what you want!!

I've been working with social cat for over a year now as a content creator and have been thrilled with all of the amazing brands I've gotten to work with. Unlike other platforms where you can't talk directly with the brand it's great that here you can communicate with someone if deliveries are late or creatives shifted once you start shooting. I have since used Social Cat for brands I work for as a marketing manager and love using it to connect with small businesses as a content creator.

I love social cat, I have been blessed to work with different brands and it has always been so smooth, never had an issue and there’s constantly new opportunities for micro influencers, thanks for making it so easy social cat!

I'm quite disappointed with both the creators and managers of Social Cat. As a business, I invested in your largest package and continued to pay, yet the service remains terrible. The Social Cat team offers little support when dealing with unreliable influencers, which, unfortunately, seems to be the majority.

Despite paying £300 a month, the team shirks responsibility, stating they cannot ban these influencers or protect their clients. Many influencers are rude scammers who take the product and become hostile when reminded of the agreed content. After months of not collaborating with any influencers, I requested a refund, only to be met with the usual excuses and refusal. I certainly won't be recommending Social Cat to any of my business partners.
