Terrible customer service, late reply’s and go back on what they say for refunds.
Claiming my parcel is in transit when it had clearly arrived photo had been sent of the parcel at my house and the status also says on my email and they had agreed to a return and refund and then never reply.

I was helped by Mohammed who was truly awesome. My daughter had passed away and I needed a shirt and tie for her funeral. Not only did Mohammed know his stuff and products and did he provide great service, but he also showed tremendous empathy, warmth and human care beyond what you would expect from such a young person. He even offered for me to borrow his personal pocket handkerchief. Thank you Mohammed for your kindness that day - something I will never forget.
