The Softloft company is not a legit business

on 01/18/2026 I ordered The Caterr electric Warming Plates -4 in 1 Modular Set. for $49.95. I used Affirm to pay for this order had to make a 20.00 down payment the above date of order. On January 28, 2026, I paid the balance off of $30.19. It is now 03/12/2026 and I have not received the merchandise listed above yet. On 02/13/2026, I sent a contact through the company portal asking when I would receive the order. On 02/15/2026, I received an email stating that the order had been processed, and they were currently coordinating with their shipping partner to review delivery status, and they would keep me posted. So far as of today 03/12/2026 heard nothing back and when trying to access to site getting message site no longer available. I also received an envelope from an unknown company with no contents. Will be seeking other legal avenues. Will also request Affirm to return my money.

Read my review, it will help you.

Like others, I was scammed. This company need removing from the internet. ANYBODY WHO HAS LOST MONEY TO THESE SCAMMERS, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR METHOD OF PAYMENT AND REQUEST A ‘CHARGE BACK’. Most banks, credit cards etc, will have this service. You must fill out their form and they take it from there. I paid with a Tesco Credit Card and followed this process and they have got my money back for me. My building society ‘Nationwide’ also offer the same service. Keep any communication you’ve had with them, your receipt of payment etc, which your method of payment people need to see. DON’T LET THIS SCUM HAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. Hope that has helped somebody out there. They are a bunch of thieves.

This is a TOTAL SCAM

This is a total scam. I checked the tracking and it said that it delivered. When I went to retrieve my package, what I received was a small plastic envelope that contained a rag. It was a complete rip off. Don’t buy from this site. I don’t understand how the shop.app stands behind this company. They must know it’s a scam.
