Placed an order and over a week later there was no dispatch notification. Emailed for a progress update and just received a refund email, no explanation nor apology.
Same as others. Order placed on what looks like a legitimate site. when order was not received, then started chasing by email, and got no response. Then tried to phone on advertised number 07537 147692. This number does not exist. Upon searching the internet this number is associated with a number of other scam web sites.
