they were very professional. quick delivery. and they updated my order status daily. No complains.
I initially ordered the wrong size for my shoes. They replied to my email very fast and solved my issue in just seconds! The shoes came damaged because of nike's sh¡t quality control, but they offered me a very fair refund which they issued in a very short time after my email.
I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. I took my child to choose new shoes, and the staff member who was supposed to assist us behaved quite unprofessionally. He told us that if the shoes touched the floor, they would no longer be suitable for other customers to try. I found this unreasonable — if the shop floor isn’t clean, that’s their responsibility, not ours. Also, if a shoe accidentally falls from a child’s hand, it shouldn't be treated as damaged. Instead of handling the situation with understanding or professionalism, his attitude made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I expected much better service.
They do not cover returns. What a bad service!

I bought KD17 basketball shoes 18.3.2025 from The Streets, Slovak Republic . I recieved shoes 27.3.2025. Shoes were used in three practise and now left shoe have three holes in the side. Shoes are unuseable. I have send many email and messages in facebook and instagram, but they are not answering.
