Absolute rag of a newspaper, is this where failed journalists end up?

I’m giving this two stars because, while the site technically works and you can eventually read what you came for, the overall experience is honestly quite frustrating.The first issue is the website itself. You’re hit with a wall of pop-ups the moment you arrive, and it feels like you’re being pushed either to accept every cookie under the sun or sign up for some sort of paid option just to get past the ads. It doesn’t feel especially user-friendly, and certainly not respectful of people who just want a straightforward reading experience without having to dig through settings.The second issue is the content. Even when you do get through to the articles, much of it feels rushed or overly sensational, with headlines that promise more than the story actually delivers. It’s not completely unusable — some pieces are fine — but the consistency simply isn’t there.Overall, it’s not the worst publication out there, but between the cluttered website and the uneven quality of the reporting, it’s hard to justify sticking around when there are plenty of alternatives that don’t make reading the news feel like a chore.

Absolutely useless website!! Cannot read anything without adverts and pop ups. Avoid til they go bust and get what they deserve.

Cannot enter their webpage unless you pay for subscription to remove the ads preferences or forcing to accept all cookies? What a cheap company.

After contacting the Sun because an online story was inaccurate I was connected to Olivet Norton who I found aggressive, uninterested and very Egotistically uninterested about this issue of false reporting. I have raised the issue with the Advertising Standards Agency. Why we believe what they publish without clarity is ridiculous indeed and brings their reporting into question ?????? I hope the advertising standards agency fine this awful publication.

Absolutely atrocious paper with up to ten exact same articles appearing on every single story, it is beyond a joke, l will be cancelling my monthly payment as these same constant ads are destroying my reading pleasure, you get absolutely nothing by paying for the sun club

Although the paper downloads , it can take a longtime to load pages to view. Its not my phone which has a large ram.

Tried to cancel subscription for Sun Club less than 24 hours after taking out, as I misunderstood whhat I was getting, and i did not the subscription, l had not read all the terms and was advisedI could cancel but not get a refund, as their terms do not allow a cooling off period. So much for the peoples paper.

They are caught in a downward death spiral. Their idea of ‘news’ is based around, amongst others, the latest snorefest from influencers (idiots that have a PR company paying the Sun) that dominate social media; whatever is trending regarding TV reality/soap stars, and trying to get you to subscribe to their sun club/bingo/casino. Add in their clickbait, enticing and non-news to this little cesspool - and boy does their desperation to remain relevant show.

TV: the trouble is, the British indigenous public are sick to death paying a licence fee, a fee that allows a corporation that has forgotten what the word ‘British’ means, to inflict its left-wing message on a population sick of this shit. So there goes any influence that the Sun think they have regarding TV - the audience is shrinking as folk tell the BBC to gtfoh! ITV is circling the bowl because their output is absolute merde.

Social media influencers: The Sun explicably love these bozos. They pander to their every whim. Well sorry to bust your bubble Mr Sun Editor; anyone with an IQ above that of a dissected frog has seen through this bullshit now. Influencers are just con artists who have the front to wh0re themselves to the highest bidder/ lowest common denominator. Influencers are just court jesters without a palace to surround them. The title ‘Social media/influencer’ is the new Media Studies that we all guffawed at in the 1990’s. These deadbeats think they are achievers, but in reality, they get short term financial gain and a lifetime of ridicule - society’s social/psychiatric problem in ten years time. The majority are bottoxd/steroid infected lunatics without self-awareness, or an asylum to contain them.

Soaps: Helen Flanagan has taken her clothes off SO many times now… the public just can’t imagine her diversifying into another skillset. But hey, the Sun thinks it something you’d like to be aware of - every bloody day. She; the Katie Prices, Kate Garroways and Eamonn Holmes’s of this crazy world just become a parody of themselves - they entertain us, but not in the way they expect.

The sun newspaper is the most embarrassing the UK has to offer. Basically a group of kids who grew up being groped by their uncles (Katie Davies and David Kidd) David Kidd in particular gropes his own kids before crying himself to sleep whilst Katie fingers herself to her brother having sex with a dog in an Israeli flag, the sun newspaper , like the BBC, likes to employ pedophiles

I had dealing with the sun newspaper in the 1980s when they kept my money which was never resolved
But "hay" newspapers are relevant we who read newspapers are all irrelevant
