Polarised RayBan replacement lenses
Polarised - diamond hardcoat for Rayban RB4385. The lenses were perfect fit, colour as described and quick to arrive. It was so delightful to see without those scratches through the frames that were too good to throw out. Fantastic product and information rich experience. I really appreciated how this website didn’t waste much of my time - From being able to identify my glasses quickly to show me appropriate lenses to more colour options than RayBan & a video on how to change over a style like mine (rather than generic information) I was so happy to find this company. Definitely will use again.

Keep your fave sunglasses forever........
Having a pair of sunglasses I absolutely loved, I used and abused them for years on end. Naturally they finished up with lenses it was almost impossible to see through but I wanted to wear them forever and the very minute the sun came out they were on my nose. But I had become dangerous by my lack of clear vision. I had paid a lot for these high end designer beauties and couldn't find anything nearly as stylish. In desperation I searched the web for replacement lenses specifically for the make and model I so adored and came upon Sunglass Fix. Without thought I ordered replacement lenses with polarised lens upgrade, despite a little apprehension concerning ordering from literally the other side of the world. However they arrived very promptly, beautifully packaged with full details on how to remove the old (horrible nasty scratchy lenses) and insert the shiny new ones. Low and behold, I now had my cool sunnies back but with BETTER lenses than they originally came with. I am so impressed with the service and product quality I convinced my husband to send for some for his scratched Raybans, given the quality of lenses I had received we had the confidence to order the super upgraded lenses, again they were delivered with the same speed and quality as our previous order. All this at such a great value price, option choices and free delivery worldwide. I certainly won't be leaving loved but scratched sunglasses in the back of the drawer ever again.

Excellent replacement lenses
I found the exact lenses for my scratched Oakley sunglasses very easily with Sunglass fix and they arrived with with very simple to understand instructions (and there was also a video to help on the website). Now I have a brand new pair of sunglasses again and don't have to spend another £100 on replacements.

Brand new 21 year old Armani sunglasses…
I’ve owned a pair of Armani sunglasses for 21 years and the lenses were close to unusable. Whilst searching for replacement glasses (no luck there), I found Sunglass Fix and the chance of new lenses.
They arrived perfectly packaged with clear instructions on how to fit.
I’ve now got a brand new pair of 21 year old glasses again.
I was so pleased I’ve ordered an extra set so that I have another set of spares just in case. Highly recommended

An Excellent Alternative to buying a New Pair of Sunglasses.
The lenses on my Oakley Split Shot sunglasses were scratched beyond the level of reasonable use!
The replacement ones from Sunglass Fix were a fraction of the cost of replacement glasses - they seem to be as good if not better than the originals when new and they were very straightforward to fit.

I've bought 3 lenses over the past few…
I've bought 3 lenses over the past few years from The Sunglass fix. When I ordered the wrong lenses for my glasses, service was really helpful and were replaced no questions asked. The lenses are also great for money. The wait is sometimes long due to the distance (Australia to Europe) the lenses have to travel, but that is to be expected. The quality of the product and the service are excellent.

I received only one glass in the package. After filing a complaint, I was supposed to receive the missing glass, but it never arrived. I therefore can’t use the product at all and feel like I’ve simply been scammed. Stay away from this website.

I'm very sorry the 2nd shipment we sent you hasn't been delivered and that we somehow managed to only send one lens in your first shipment. Two very unlucky situations and bad performance on our part.
I would suggest you look at the tracking for your 2nd shipment. You may have better luck in France contacting the French post about the status of your your package.
I can see it's signiture on delivery and has been with them for 1 month. This normally implies something has gone wrong and they've held it waiting for a signiture or it's just been mishandled and is lost. We have not received it back yet so it's possible you can still get them to deliver it which would be fastest solution.
I will also have a team member reach out to you and follow up on the shipping from our side. We do guarantee delivery or will refund your order in full and we would have offerred that two you just like we tried to resolve it for you the first time.
Problem is this bad review is the first we knew you had a problem with the delivery of yoru 2nd shipment. if you would have told ut it wasn't delivered we would have taken care of it.
Anyhow, sorry about your problems and we probably do deserver the poor reivew considering how much bad luck you've had with it. Package losses are rare and I can't remember the last time only one lens was sent. Regardless, our fault and sorry.
