Good site so far, deposited £30 and won £200, stated it can take up to 3 days to transfer cash to bank account, money went in within the hour and they didn't ask for any docs.

I have a similar experience as many others i have read, upon requesting a withdrawal my account is frozen not before accepting several deposits first. I have supplied all the documents and will now wait 3 days expecting there will be some kind of issue that prevents my payout.

As expected 3 days and now sun vegas tells me that they cannot accept my national id card,the same one i opened the account with and have withdrawn money no issues in the past. Only driving license or passport ,i do not have either so my £60 will remain in my frozen account ,it baffles me why they treat customers so badly, patronising emails, rude staff ,robbing cheating #$%$s. Account has been restricted with money in the account due to not veryfying my account. Sent documents 4 times and have a different reason for why they’ve been rejected. Apparently iPhone cameras are an issue now as they apply a filter. I have money sitting in the account. No help from live chat and keep getting told it’s another 3 day time frame when sending the documents to them being verified. Don’t like paying out! Avoid!!!!!
