Surrey park clinic is simply great and I do recommend it to people like me, who are struggling with fertility. Every staff member there got time for to listen to you and give best possible suggestion. Customer service is great as well.

Outstanding. Extremely kind receptionist that did their best to accommodate my request of having a blood test the same day of my scan rather then coming the next day. Extremely professional and compassionate consultant Miss Lillian that gave me the reinsurance I needed.

I had an early pregnancy scan for reassurance at the Surrey Park Clinic and immediately felt calm and at ease with their friendly and kind staff in particular Louise. My partner joined me and also really enjoyed the experience despite us being nervous. Thank you for making it so enjoyable and calm for us both.

Very anxious but immediately put at ease by all the staff. In particular, Helen, who was just amazing - really warm and reassuring. Even the atmosphere (music and smell) of the place was akin to a spa rather than a clinic. So grateful.

I recently had an ultrasound on my abdomen and pelvis.
The receptionist were very professional, polite, efficient and I was impressed on their conduct.
My Sonographer was very kind and considerate as I had a bad back.
She replied promptly to follow up questions.
She kept me informed through the appointment of what she saw and was very informative.
It was a nice experience dealing with her.
In the past I’ve also seen Dr Kula I think that’s how it’s spelt, Ref fertility and he was so kind and professional. I referred a friend who also really respected and rated him also.
