The services that were offered by J&M Tax were excellent. I had years of tax returns that needed to be filed. They started on my returns in September of 2020 everything was completed before the end of the year and my federal taxes were put in a noncollectable status, they also worked out a payment plan where I could pay monthly because my income was so low. All the Preparers I communicated with from the company were very honest and did not try to sell me services that I did not need.

These people are amazing. If you have tax issues with the IRS..you definately want to give them a call.I had THOUSANDS of dollars in IRS debt...and do to hardship...that balance is now zero. I can't say enough good things about JM Tax/ Tax Resolvers.

When I received a letter from the IRS with a large proposed amount due, I felt devastated and feared the worst could happen. I called several tax attorneys but The Tax Resolvers were the best at handling my raw emotions and willing to work with me and tell me straight up what they could do for me. They were successful with their plan to help me and I do not regret hiring them. I have since then hired them again for tax filing. They are great at communicating and easily accessible by phone or email for any questions. They are real people helping out people in need.

I found when I explain my irs problem and what I owe they look up everything and proceeded to help me, easy to work with and was able to help also work with payments so I could get this done once and for all. I appreciated it . When you work out payments, than normal people can get help, can’t pay irs than they need help but need payment, works out well. it’s nice to know they understand the problems people are facing. Thank you for your help, I do appreciate this a great deal and give me a piece of mind.
