We have new stock arriving daily from all the top manufacturers - Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer, Asus, etc.. We carry extensive stocks of upgrades so if you see a computer you like but want it to have more RAM or a bigger drive then just ask. The majority of our stock is under 1 year old, everything is UK supplied and UK spec. We update every machine we sell so when you get it, just power it on and it will be ready for immediate use. All updates from Microsoft and also from the manufactuer so you won't have the time consuming job of readying your new computer, we do it all for you. The laptop we stock range in price from under £200 to the high end machines costing over a £1,000, the majority being around the £300 to £500 mark. Excellentey selection of Laptops
They provided a wide selection of laptops of varying specs, and then also allow the buyer to further upgrade them to suit their personal requirements. Delivery was quick, I selected next day, I placed my order at 11.07am on the Monday (next day cut-off was 11am) and delivery of my order was achieved at 10.25am Tuesday, the next day! Everything was exactly as described in spec, I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family, also when needed using them to fulfil another order.

These guys have brilliant customer service, and Im glad to support a company making refurbished laptops available. Marked down one star as the laptop I first received had some issues and I had to return it and get it replaced, but that all happened promptly and the new laptop is perfect no issues at all.

Good spec for the price.
The communication with the Company was good. Quick responses to queries. Delivery was as promised with good tracking from DPD. The laptop I chose was a refurbished and upgraded HP. A good spec for the price. So far it's performing well. Would recommend.

Good service and prices
Easy to use website, arrived safe and well packaged, and so far looks to be in good condition, just have to set it up
DPD gave me delivery date but this was not true, had to chase what was happening over the delivery, so delivery was poor.

Great Laptop, Great Customer Service
The Tech Outlet customer service was very friendly and advised me that my laptop would be delivered next day when I telephoned them to ask when I would receive delivery of my purchase, due to confusion regarding delivery dates shown on their website.
The laptop itself looked brand new rather than refurbished, and started up very quickly when powered on. Overall I am very happy with the purchase.
