Seller Review
The seller wasn't as responsive (in Instagram) but still, appreciate them trying their best to reach out. They are also kind in responding to my messages. :) But as coming from the province, I hope they give the buyer updates if the item was already shipped out and is on the way, along with the tracking number. I trust that they could do better in their service next time. :) The item was delivered quite faster than my last purchase from them.

I loved how fast they shipped my order, because I just ordered the album at midnight then it was already delivered to me the following day. I gave 4 stars for the product quality because there were minor edge dents, but it's understandable considering that the album was released 4 years ago. Overall, 5/5 for Ted Ellis' service <3 Will order again soon.

2nd time ordering here and its always a 10/10. I placed my order at around 2am and it was already ready for pickup by the afternoon so the whole process took less than 24 hours. Like always, it was packed well, even wrapped around a box so it was very secure. This is gonna be my go-to shop from now on!

Their service is *chef's kiss*. They respond to all your queries. Although sometimes it takes some time to receive their reply, it's understandable. I just wish that more shipping options should be provided such as Shopee checkout, as it is more convenient and the fee is cheaper. Nonetheless, I give this shop 5 stars for their excellent service.
