When I decided upon a new bathroom , I knew exactly what I wanted and visited several businesses, who all gave me brochures. However, Lee at the Tile shed, Birtley, was a breath of fresh air as he really listened and knew exactly what I wanted. He did all the resourcing and it was a completely stress free experience!! He was not only pleasant and highly professional but he went above and beyond to ensure I was really happy with everything. I now have the bathroom of my dreams and my family are now going there next year for their bathroom too! Highly recommend!!! Ask for Lee- he is fantastic!

We have had brilliant service from The Tile Shed Birtley. The quality of the tiles it superb. We have done 2 rooms using them and wouldn't go anywhere else. Special mention to Carl and James whose service has been second to none. Thanks guys.

I have used The Tile Shed on 2 occasions, both times they have provided outstanding service and the highest quality products at the lowest prices.

I visited 3 of the stores at Blaydon, North Shields and Seaham; the customer service at every store was exemplary.

My next project is likely at some point next year and there is no doubt I will continue to use this fantastic Company.

I had searched for a specific tile and The Tile Shed had it on stock. The advisor helped me to accurately order the correct number of tiles for my project. Great price too. Delivery was an acceptable cost too.

The samples landed and were broken, also the sample was too small to be able to gauge what it would look like on the wall. Other companies i have used in the past send a full tile.

The Tile Shed Birtley could not be more helpful. The staff always went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating as I had to order a bathroom suite last minute and needed tiles delivered early than expected . They have a wealth of knowledge and are always willing to explain and go the extra mile to make any purchase stress free one

We were wondering looking around and didn’t have a clue what we were looking for. Lee (at Birtley) helped tremendously. He gave advice and was so helpful we couldn’t have asked for more. I've been on the hunt for the perfect colour tiles for our kitchen splashback. I wanted a hexagon shape, shiny but not glossy, tile in a dappled blue with intermittent grey or copper. It's proved particularly hard to find somewhere that offers what I've been searching for. I ordered some samples from the tileshed and they were exactly what I wanted and very reasonably priced. The tiles are of good quality and the delivery came very quickly. The delivery driver was really kind and helped me load the tiles into the garage which I wouldn't have been able to do on my own as they're really heavy.
