To be fair to them I only ordered samples so they were bubble wrapped and at the mercy of some City Link Neanderthal.
All parts of the service sodas have been great. Prompt, quick and without complaint, except that the tiles turned up covered in chips. Better packing required chaps.

What more could you ask for?
Easily accessible if you have a question. Orders dispatched quickly and notified to me accordingly. Very helpful when I was waiting delivery (explained the details of the Royal Mail's 1st class delivery system (ie you have to allow 5 working days!).

Blisteringly fast efficient service
I found the website easy to navigate and the search engine for products very good. The prices were reasonable and the delivery of the tiles and accessories were very fast.
