I recieved all my products and all is fine

I recieved all my products, all as ordered via paypal and good quality.

They are based in WA so pre order a week before if you are on NSW, QLD, VIC side.

If you are concerned about packages being lost, just use an Australia post Free parcel locker address as I do, then it can't be stolen from your address box.

Good company all round, I've been using them for a while .

My bank flagged them as a scammer

My bank flagged them as a scammer and prevented by bank transfer. I emailed them and initially they ignored the whole issue of my bank flagging them as a scammer, and just gave their bank details again and said to transfer them money. Big red flag. I asked them why my bank was saying they were scammers and they said they weren't. Didn't ask any questions relating to the message my bank sent me which would be my first question as a reputable business to try and prevent it happening to other customers.

They only have two payment methods. Bank transfer and PayPal. I looked into PayPal and their buyer protection policy doesn't cover tobacco sales. So neither payment option required by the seller provides recourse if there is a issue. They don't accept credit card which is weird - possibly because you can do a chargeback. So given all the red flags I've decided to steer clear.

They may be legit. Maybe not. I'm leaning on the side of not.
