I entered a raffle for a Prismatic Evolutions SPC and, although I didn’t win, I was impressed by how transparently the draw was run — everything looked completely legit and fair. What really blew me away was what happened next; the store contacted raffle entrants to offer the remaining stock, and I managed to secure one after all.

That kind of gesture shows real customer care and integrity. Communication was great, the process was smooth, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the outcome. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. Highly recommended!

Had an issue with an order but the toy planet managed to refund me, did have a long wait however they have rectified the problem today. The other order which had no issues was perfect and had no problems, thank you Toy Planet.

I called to enquire about a switch as I was unsure if was a genuine UK version and hadn't heard of the site before so was a little apprehensive. All of my questions were immediately answered and my mind was put to rest when the phone call was followed up with a video on WhatsApp so that I could see what I would be purchasing. I ordered straight away and the switch arrived within a fee days as promised. I couldn't fault the customer service that I received and am so grateful that this independent shop has made a christmas wish come true! One very satisfied customer.

Scummy owners, will rip you off with any chance they get! Sell faulty products and instead of trying to fix the problem just shut shop and ignore you!!

The Toy Planet is a treasure trove of days gone by and more modern stuff. I visited today and the staff and the owner are very friendly and Knowledgeable. I will definitely visit again. Well worth a visit. Recommended.

The Toy Planet is an amazing place to visit and indulge in your passion for retro video games and toys. I love taking my son and we always come away with a smile on our faces!

Everyone is extremely helpful and always have a smile. Stock is always loaded and fresh full of new items regularly.

The team at Toy Planet have always been helpful and friendly when in store. The staff have a variety of expertise and will always point you in the right direction. I initially started off buying a few SNES games here and there and now visit a few times a week with my kids. Theyre excellent
at running clubs for children and understanding their customers needs.
I can only wish that they can continue to grow to fulfil their ever demanding customer base.

Toy planet is very good when it comes to all types of products,I’ve had consoles games retro figures & new figures & been completely satisfied all round,any problems Steve the manager has always been there to help & sort any problems out,this shop takes pride in what they do & sell & will always make sure your happy as they are enthusiasts as much as the customers are so they know what is expected of what they are selling with the knowledge aswell which is why they are able to source some incredible rare retro products complete & boxed in some amazing conditions

Great place with amazing staff. I have visited toy planet many times over the years and watched it expand. The owner and staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend a visit and will continue to visit the shop.
