charged £100 for using a carpark that was customers only.
challenged it as i HAD used the ATM for the bank that i actually banked with.
offered to share the screenshot of transaction but was ignored.
they sent a photo of me walking off the carpark for 4 minutes.
this company is an absolute P*** take.
the signs have small writing that you can't see until you actually enter the car park.

Disgusting way to make money

Disgusting way to make money
Disgusting way to make money. I was fined £100 for briefly stopping to drop off a customer in wing yip cricklewood were most of supermarket will reserve the space for drop off especially when parking are full.. The signage is tiny, unclear, and easy to miss, with no clear warning about camera enforcement. This is misleading and unfair to customers. Very poor practice. This approach appears designed to generate money rather than manage parking fairly and transparently.

Money Leaching Morons

Salisbury Walk In Centre (Medical).

Having pulled into the carpark at 18:09 on Sunday 21st July with my daughter who was unwell, noticed the parking signs. Continued to walk around the corner and into reception, had a quick conversation booking my daughter in and about use of a screen to register my car in the car park. I was told by the receptionist that it would be best to move the car even though it was a Sunday.

The doctor called my daughter in straight away as was extremely quiet but I asked him to wait until I was back to see her as I had to move the car to the main car park.

Their evidence showed that I arrived at 18:09 and I left the car park at 18:13 so 4 minutes enough time to book my daughter in... On a Sunday and with only 2 cars in that actual car park. If it had been overly busy I would totally understand.

Received a fine of £100 reduced to £60 if paid in 14 days...

Do these morons not use common sense that people who don't frequent the place might not realise the parking system has now changed. There appears to be no grace period in case of error and just get slapped with a fine irrespective of circumstances. Didn't park there to go shopping or for any other purpose apart from my daughter needing medical attention and moved the car 4 minutes later on the advise of the receptionist after checking my daughter in. How would you know there is "no car register system" inside without going in and being told???

Absolutely disgraceful and this setup seems like a bit of a "gotcha scenario", leaching money out of people that need to use the medical centre.

Scammers – avoid at all costs!

UKPS tries to extort money with fake or illegal PCNs. No clear signs, no legal basis, and they try to harvest your personal data. Don’t pay without checking – it’s a trap. Report them instead.

Terrible company!!

Terrible company!!

Won’t contact you back unless you have money for them. I have followed their online contact forms and appeal forms as well as their complaint forms, no one will get back to me, their customer service and support is non existent, I have sent over 10 emails, contact messages etc and they will not get back to me as the pcns I want to query have been automatically paid by my company (as standard procedure) - overall they are completely incompetent money grabbers who care for nothing unless your paying them - pathetic

UKPS manage Silverwing car park on…

UKPS manage Silverwing car park on White City Road in Swansea. They have installed CCTV with ANPR to hand out tickets but no signs at the entrance to state the conditions of parking there. This is against all guidelines set by the regulators but clearly these people don't care as long as they take money from you.

I am one of the victims

I am one of the victims. This place was the Wing Yip wholesaler's place. I only waited there for 5 minutes in the car for my husband because he had gone to Halford. I didn't even get out of the car, I didn't park, the camera caught me and I got a £60 fine. I objected and they rejected my objection without taking it into consideration. I still refuse to pay. I recently received a letter from the bailiffs saying that my debt is £160. I won't pay it again, let them go to court and win, I will pay it then. Don't pay this money to them. When you call them, no one answers, there is no one to talk to. They are outright scammers. Whatever I get from anyone. I am sure it happens to many people they pay. Don't pay, they send fines unjustly. They are robbers. Many people I know have fallen into the same trap, no one has paid. Don't pay either. Don't be afraid, they can't get anything from you. Threatening letters are being sent to you, ignore them and throw them away.

Bullies

Bullies. Watch out for any angle to get you. Example. Metro Bank Newport Road Cardiff. Has a small retail park alongside. If you are a Metro Bank branch customer dont think you can park there to wait for someone unless you go into one of the units. They will issue a £100 fine if you wait.

I feel robbed out of £60 for not even parking the car.

I wont give any star ratings to this organisation because they are not fair at all and will not look into any complaints, my original letter to contest the fine was returned to me along with another reminder to pay £60 now or end up paying £100 after the deadline of 14 days. They are the judge and jury and their decision is final, if you try and get attention from the regulatory body called IAS their systems, processes and task is very very complex and very difficult for me and like many others as per reviews on their website. They have so far not accepted my explanation by emails after number of requests, my car was NOT parked in the Eaton carpark by Coventry Station and photos on PCN notice show car driving in and driving out. I ask for evidence which I believe by law they should provide but they fobbed me off by saying use the link, again I could not open the link. I find this very very frustrating and annoying, I am lost for words! This is my personal experience and I have emails in my box to prove my point. I also requested IAS to help me get £60 refund, I also told them I will keep £30 and will donate £30 to their chosen charity and provide receipt but No luck and No where to go!
