Got wrong bags delivered( order blue was sent clear/ black) but still good for my needs. One call and 2 days later 1000 blue bags arrived free of charge. Great customer service.

I have been ordering vacuum pouches from yourselves for a while and I have e to say the quality of the bags I was sent on my last delivery is absolutely shocking....just marginally thicker than cling film. Nothing like before even though I ha e paid the same price!

I am still buying, however ones I paid the invoice but did not received the product.
and ones i have been charged twice for the same invoice but never get refund.
I gave them call about it but they don't care about your money.
Be very careful and make sure you get your delivery or how much charged.
