The mouldings and panels we've ordered are of excellent quality, and we couldn't be happier with them. Wow, I just received my lampshade, and it is gorgeous! You can tell that it was handmade, and I even received a personal note in the package. Emma is fabulous at communicating and sending tracking information—that was really important to me because it was a higher-cost purchase (at least for me) AND this was an international order. Yes, you may have to wait a bit because it's custom-made, but it is so worth it!

Great customer service from Emma. sent a replacement rail with no issue due to being damaged.

Great service from Emma. The delivery company had an accident with part of the order (timber) and Emma was very quick to send replacements for the damaged parts. Great service. Well done and thanks.

The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. My order 46906/139698 stated 2 days delivery time, for which I paid £10 for a small item. I thought it was expensive, but I paid for the speedy delivery. When 5 days later I rang to enquire about my order I was told the warehouse hadn’t dispatched it, but it would be chased. When I asked why I paid £10 in that situation, the operator got unbelievably almost shouty with me and cancelled my order completely. The only person raising the voice during the call was the operator and I was merely enquiring whether I was due a difference for the shipping fee from 2 days to a week. Not a word of excuse either. Would never use again.

The delivery charge of £12.00 is far too excessive for small item.

Thanks for your reply. I appreciate that the carriage cost was clearly displayed when I placed the order, my point was that for one small cupboard knob costing bout £9.00 a carriage charge of £12.00 was excessive. I had no choice but to order it from yourselves because you were the only supplier that had the item in brass, everywhere else I looked it was in chrome only. In any event a few days later you refunded my money because it was not available in brass after all.

I bought a beautiful wool stair runner from the Victorian Emporium. Extremely good quality. The lady I dealt with was very helpful and charming, and the rug arrived quickly and well packaged. Very good price too.

I recently bought a fireplace surround from The Victorian Emporium, and the product and service deserves a solid five stars.

I am delighted to give 5 stars for the great service, the quality of radiators and for fair pricing. Emma in particular was particularly helpful with all my questions.

I ordered a brass lock and handles which on arrival had been badly damaged in the post. I emailed Emma for replacement advice and received a prompt reply, apology and assurance I would receive a replacement the following day.
The following morning the replacement arrived as promised. What a pleasant surprise to deal with a company that looks after its customers.
