We returned to Cyrpus after a few years…
We returned to Cyrpus after a few years absence + teh Pandemic period but had no hesitation using The Villa Group again who we have used since 2002 (when it was called RentCyprusVillas). Excellent personal service that is second to none.

Villa functional
Villa functional, but not quite the extra mile we expected. Only one sun umbrella, lighting dim, utilities/cleaning equipment minimal.

We do not know which villa you stayed at as you didn’t leave the code number, however if you had contacted us during your stay to inform us about the minor issues mentioned, we would have been able to speak with the villa owner to provide an extra umbrella and cooking utensils etc as we are always pleased to help. i booked a 4 bedroom Villa which ended…
i booked a 4 bedroom Villa which ended up not being available as owner did not update you correctly.
I then booked 2 3 bedroom Villas with baby cots - they were not there when we arrived.
Also the air conditioning in the Villa's was not working well and were very noisy in the main bedroom.
I have used The Villa Group previously and experience was great - felt this time not so good.
The issue with the cots was resolved in a timely manner.
Previously the Villa's were of a better quality and I believe were maintained better than now.

You advised us on your arrival to the villas that the management had not provided baby cots as we had requested from them. Within 30 minutes we had contacted them, and the baby cots were brought to the villa straight away. As for the ‘noisy’ air-conditioning, you did not advise us of this issue during your stay. Wedding Planning in Cyprus
Mandy from the Villa group made our wedding perfect. We finally tied the knot in Cyprus in June after some covid delays, Mandy, and everyone involved in the lead up and on the day, were exceptional. We had to postpone our wedding for 2 yrs due to Covid , the villa group rearranged our date without any issues and we never incurred any additional price increase .
Mandy the wedding planner was awesome she helped me with all arrangement for the wedding and also the paperwork needed for ceremony in Villa , my wedding day was great no issues at all what a beautiful day was had by all our guests too .
The owner of villa came to greet us at the villa and we only needed to call him if we had any issues he was also great
Big thank you to all involved in making our wedding very special and our weeks stay in the villa , we will be arranging another stay at villa
Pictures didn’t do the villa justice the scenery was breathtaking and villa had everything you could possibly need

Disappointing Villa
Whilst we have had no issues with The Villa Group we have had a disappointing experience. Such a shame as this villa has great potential - unfortunately now tired and worn lacking in comfort and luxury. Beds are basic with cheap frames , linen and uncomfortable mattresses. Towels are heavily used and worn. Pool sun loungers dirty with faded cushions. With stunning views and in a prime location this should be outstanding - now needs investment to provide future guests an enjoyable holiday.

Great service
The Villa group were fantastic in dealing with our booking following 2 years of lockdown. Despite our booking being for 2020, the VIlla group (esp Lisa Bundy), met all our requests to postpone for 2 consecutive years. The service was more than we expected & I would have no hesitation in booking with the Villa group again.

Friendly and professional
Friendly and professional. Very happy with the service from The Villa Group. They answered all our questions and booked a taxi for us. When our flight was delayed they got an immediate message to the taxi company which ensures we were not paying any extra. Beautiful Villa which serves as an ideal base for an amazing holiday.

A perfect wedding in Panorama and Oceania Villas
We stayed, and got married, at the gorgeous Panorama & Oceania Villas in June and everything was perfect. Lisa at the Villa group was really helpful with our many queries prior to arrival and the villa owner was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble during our stay. Very nicely appointed and equipped…
Very nicely appointed and equipped Villa next to a Banana plantation. Well maintained swimming pool which is 2.0m at the deep end and 1.0m at the shallow end, so suitable for kids under supervision. It is conveniently close enough to walk to the Philippos Supermarket and also the bars and restaurants of Coral Bay.

A long long wait due to covid

Fabulous little villa
We had a fabulous holiday at Casa Bonita. The villa was very clean and had everything that we needed. The pool was perfect and had plenty of use, the sun is on the terrace all day. We highly recommend this little villa and look forward to staying here again.

Great responses, always got back to me on time. Didn't delay in replies. The villa was gorgeous and true to the pictures. Would recommend better precision on Google Maps, and also a floorplan to help with future guests understanding the layout. Otherwise, positive experience.

Beautiful villa & amazing wedding
We stayed in a villa near Coral Bay for a week for our wedding. We booked everything through the Villa Group and everything was sorted for us. Communication was excellent throughout - particularly important as we had to postpone our holiday & wedding from 2021. We had a lovely holiday and an even better wedding day. Mandy, the wedding planner, was lovely and always willing to go the extra mile. The food at the wedding was amazing - even the cake tasted lovely! We were so pleased with the whole set up of the day and our guests have all commented on what a great wedding it was. The only thing that was a slight disappointment was that the make up artist was late on the wedding day which led to quite a frantic getting ready stage and meant we didn't have time for bridal party pics in our robes. However, I was very happy with the hair and make up and felt like a princess walking down the aisle :) Overall, very happy with both the Villa & the wedding and would definitely recommend.
