My first Vurger burger in Manchester…

My first Vurger burger in Manchester and the experience was amazing had the Veganuary Special Chorizo No-Duja Vurger and it was incredible my son had the standard BBQPork and loved it - he said dad I just feel happy after that - he was right couldn't stop smiling, the taste was amazing and food should make you feel happy - staff were brilliant, the environment was a bit bland for me but that just personal taste - the food was incredible - definitely want to go back and work through the menu - great time to be vegan!!!

I hate being down on vegan places but…

I hate being down on vegan places but unfortunately the food I had here was not great. I had the Buffalo Chickn burger with Fauxarella Sticks. My friend had the Hunny Chickn and the 50/50 fries. Fries good. Hunny Chickn glaze tasty. The sticks were decent I guess. They come with a choice of dip which is needed as the sticks are a bit sickly on their own imo. However, the Buffalo Chickn burger was disappointing. Buffalo sauce was fine. Bit of a kick, not too much. But the texture was really chewy, to the point that by the end I was finding it quite an unpleasant experience. And I looooove vegan junk food usually. Couple of times I thought a piece of plastic packaging might have got in the food. My friend also was not happy with it. Not sure if they make the seitan or buy the Chickn in, but the recipe needs work. Superior places in the North of England for vegan fried Chickn - Doner Summer for example. It’s awesome!
