SCAM!! Never received my order and they won't answer my email. They basically stole my money!! So disapointed

I ordered the gun safe two months ago and paid for it and haven’t gotten it yet. ! Order number 6996. Where is it???

i believe i was scammed i bought a gun safe and never got a receipt or nothing can i get some help i'm trying to figure out where my order is I believe I haven't scanned. Is there any number I can contact these people and I think they gave me a bogus number

This is a scam I ordered the gun safe two months ago have received or heard from them but they have my money!!!

Ordered 2 clock gun vaults. They took my money right away. I ordered this product January 17 it is now March 23. Still no product or correspondence after several emails and a phone number that is bogus.

I ordered the clock/gun vault on Jan 24, 2023. Today is March 17, 2023 and still haven't received the item. 4 emails. They responded to the 1st one and now nothing. What is wrong with some businesses these days? I realize that it may be back ordered but at least have the courtesy of emailing back. Businesses want us to be "nice" to their staff because they are struggling and over worked yet the business has forgotten to do the same for the customer! Its our money we are spending! Do not order anything from here.......I never will again.

Crooks, charged me 28.00 for item I never received. Now they are charging me 38.00 a month under some bogus email account!!! Check your bank statements people! They are not just charging you for the initial item!!! Scam scam scam!!!!!!

Ordered The Vault × 1 gun case on January 6th and they told me to keep waiting for the product. It is not February 23rd and I cant even get a response via email anymore. Scam company!

RIP OFF! We placed an order January 17th for two gun vaults. We have tried calling and emailing them several times to ask where our order is, we still get no response. They have a return policy, if you get your order, but they need to return the money since you never received anything. I wish we'd looked at their reviews first. Several people have had the same issue.

Ordered PAID FOR IT haven't received it and CANNOT get answer from company, they do not respond and will not provide tracking!

I ordered a clock gun safe from an ad on Facebook. It was 28.00. It’s been over 3 weeks and have not received it. After several emails they did write me back and said it shipped. Then they charged me for 350.00. Dont buy from these people as they will take your money and run. Crooks

I purchased the Optimus Prime as advertised on facebook on 12/22/22. On 12/27/22 water wall market tried to run my card for $350.00, to my surprise. Good thing I had the card locked. I tried to contact them,...no answer. I still haven't received the autobot figurine.

We wanted to purchase a picture with a frame as a present for a friend. We checked the website and saw that a 40X60cm picture cost 600DKK. After writing The Wall Market on Facebook on monday the 23rd of september, asking them if it would be possible to come by and choose a picture and have it giftwrapped, we were very disappointed to learn that the store was closed. The opening hours on facebook and their website were not up to date and when we tried writing them on facebook, they did not answer our message, even though we could see that they had read the message. The lack of response was very disappointing, especially as we were forced to come up with a different gift idea for our friend on a very short notice, as we could not trust The Wall Market to respond or their opening hours. We even investigated if we could purchase a picture online through their website, but when we checked the website on september 30th, their prices had almost doubled! From 600DKK to 1100DKK. Again, very disappointing. All in all it was a very poor experience from a customer point of view. Also, I believe the sudden change in opening hours and price increase is poor practice and so is it not updating it on their website and facebook page. Their website is fairly well functioning, but it is hard to see the prices of their pictures, as you have to click in on a picture to see its price. I haven't check all pictures, but it seems that most cost 1100 DKK now for a 40X60cm picture. I really think the business practices of this company are poor, and I would not recommend anyone to do business with The Wall Market.
