Chris, the Director of TWC is one of the most amazing and kind person I was able to talk with.

I've been a customer of The Wand Company for several years purchasing the Star Trek Communicator, Phaser and most recently the Tricorder. Their products are all excellent quality and extremely realistic. But their Customer Service is event better. Early on I had a problem with the communicator and they sent me another one to check out. Once I was satisfied, I sent the defective one back on their postage cost. I also misplaced the tray dividers to the Tricorder and they sent me a new set at no charge. I had many other questions or needed help over the years and always received excellent, quick support from TWC especially from, Charlotte! Thank you Wand Company and Charlotte for all your great support!!

My husband contacted them with an issue, unfortunately my son misplaced/lost a piece for his Pokémon ball display while moving his room around. He contacted the company and explained the issue we had and were more than happy to pay, however they sent a replacement out at no cost. This is what you call great service. My son was so chuffed. Thank you

The Wand Company consistently delivers meticulously-researched and expertly-reproduced Star Trek props at reasonable prices. To date I have bought their Star Trek phaser, communicator, and most recently their tricorder, and have been thoroughly pleased with each. Their customer service and open communication with their customers is second to none.

I’m absolutely thrilled and blown away by The Wand Company’s Pip-Boy 3000 Mk V. The accuracy, weight and interactivity of this replica is spot on. Freeze frame episodes of Fallout and compare TWC’s to Goosey’s (😉) Pip-Boy to see just how accurate it is. I love the last update and look forward to more (Atomic Command?). I can’t wait for updates on the Vertibird. Thanks again TWC… another home run!

Ordered my tricorder from amazon UK after receiving the invitation to buy. Arrived the next day. Item was better than expected! These people really go all out to make their products the best they can be. Would highly recommend the wand company to anyone interested in any franchise of products they sell. Have bought products from them before and their customer service and willingness to help is exceptional should you have any issues or questions.

The Wand Company does it again! I'm a repeat customer, I have the previous three Star Trek products, and all the Doctor Who sonic screwdrivers, and a number of Fallout products, and I keep coming back as the build quality, materials and features are all quite superlative!
The tricorder is on a par with the previous releases, and behaves just like the tricorders on the original series did, it feels very substantial in the hand, and is relatively intuative to use, I would not hesitate to recommend this prop to anyone who espresses and interest!

This Company has been making Star Trek replicas for years and they are a top flight company. Every item (I have many!) purchased from them have worked perfectly. The one problem I once had was quickly and graciously handled by the Company. As of this writing they are being informative with their periodic updates regarding distribution because of the unfortunate tariff situation. The Star Trek Tricorder is their latest product. This replica looks just amazing and I look forward to my opportunity to purchase a couple very soon! 🖖🏼

The Wand Company always delivers the highest quality products that are well-researched and well-manufactured. Their communications updates with customers are top-notch as is their customer service. And the value for money is among the best in the collectibles industry.

Received my Wand tricorder less than a week ago, and to say I was impressed is an understatement! I love all of the real-world functionality they incorporated into it (as they do with all their products). Haven't been able to stop playing with it since, lol.

And their MRSP for a finished, ready-to-display prop is very reasonable compared to what it would cost to buy an aftermarket (fan-made) kit you would then need to have built by someone else.

I've been a huge fan and supporter of The Wand Company's products since the release of their two Doctor Who sonic screwdriver TV remotes and Star Trek phaser TV remote and Blutooth communicator.

If ever there was an issue with anything, Chris, Richard or anyone else on their team was quick to respond with an answer or solution.

This is a company that has been nothing but forthcoming and completely transparent in their dealings with their customer base. You won't find another company that engages with fans of their products as consistently as these guys do.

While their tricorder project might have been 5+ years in the making, the wait was most definitely worth it! I trust in this company and their products 100%, and look forward to seeing what they come up with next!

I have have been purchasing from The Wand Company for years now. I started with Fallout cars, picked up the Star Trek Phaser/communicator, and also started collecting the full size Poke balls. I don't even like Pokemon but I wanted to support a great company. They have always treated me great. When I was just starting out collecting Fallout I was broke. Bought a lot of stuff 2nd hand and a lot of times it wasn't complete. I needed a owner's manual for a Red Pick R Up and they didn't ask questions, want a receipt, no compensation. It arrived well packed. They made no money off me, didn't have to do it and really could have said "buy new if you want everything". When I started to have more disposable income I remembered them treating me well. All the diecast Fallout vehicles, 70 of the Nuka delivery truck (golden ticket promotion), Pokeballs, Star Trek, Dr Who sonic screwdriver, I grabbed it all! The Wand Company is second to none when it comes to quality and customer service. Honestly they stand above all other companies in my opinion when it comes to service. Anyone who says otherwise must have been a total jerk to the agent or not given them time to fix the problem. I have hear countless stories of people getting the same treatment from the Wand Company so I know it's not a one-off. Great job Wand! Keep it up and you have a customer for life.

NEVER ask for any type of down payment in advance.

And, in the case of their tricorder, honor the price that they set FOUR YEARS AGO, despite the fact that everything has gone up, meaning their profits go down!

If you have a problem with anything they make, they WILL FIX IT!

The absolute best team!

I've just been lucky enough to receive the Wand Company Star Trek Original Series tricorder, and it's wonderful. Kudos to Chris and the whole team at The Wand Company for not only taking the time and devoting the care and dedication to producing such a brilliant prop replica, but dealing with all the issues and problems (none of them their making)-including Covid, component shortages, and now tariffs-that have accompanied the development, with grace and transparency. The regular information updates were brilliant! I'm so happy to have such a great prop to add to the phaser and the communicator and complete my TOS landing party set! I've never once had a bad experience with this company.

The Tricorder arrived from Amazon UK in perfect condition thanks to the inner shipping box that Wand provided. The product itself worked flawlessly right out of the box. It is everything they've been advertising since the Tricorder was first announced and still more, owing to numerous undocumented and very fun Easter eggs. My third Wand replica, and all have been fantastic.

TWN has no competition when it comes to the quality of their replicas. And always at an amazing price proving this is company of fans, for fans. Class act all the way.

As I have said about The Wand Company many times- I would pay in advance for any item and patiently wait for the painstakingly perfected product. They however, don’t take pre-orders, but I would absolutely trust them to deliver if they did. During their product development stage, they have engaged with me and other customers about so many aspects of the planned product that I feel our input really matters. Once the product was in my hands, they helped with questions I had about it. I own several of their products and am shocked at the high quality and value. I am looking forward to whatever they do next.

The Wand company is absolutely amazing! They have continued to knock it out of the park with each release. Their unique license of "Functional Replicas" is such a novel idea and really results in some fantastic products.

Ignore any negative reviews, they are simply misinformed. I have been a customer of TWC for well over a decade and have only ever received exceptional products and helpful customer support.

My previous review was constantly flagged by the wand company many many many times as "defamatory". They do not appear to understand the meaning of "alleged". So now I will simply state the following facts. I purchased one of their made in China (published fact) Tricorders and was so annoyed by the company I sold it off cheap and will never consider buying their products again (another fact).

Since that hot day in July 2020, when the Wand Company announced their intent to create a tricorder that looked like the prop used original series Star Trek but with working display screens, buttons, lights, and even audio recordings of the original series Captain’s logs. Since that day the Customer Support Team has taken us on a (more than) five year mission to create the definitive Star Trek prop replica. The people who have kept us all informed, entertained and even amused as one year grew into two, and two into four, a global pandemic threw supply chains into chaos (and had us learning more about supply chains and logistics than we ever wanted to know), and politicians that have made imports and exports almost impossible; The Wand Company’s Customer Support Team, (Chris Barnardo, Richard Blakesley, and Charlotte Pegrum) have gone above and beyond to help the hundreds of fans engaged, interested, and willing to wait just a little longer to own a piece of Science Fiction memorabilia that will be the envy of all collectors the world over.
