Amazing first time purchase.
This is my first time purchasing from the watch cabin, and it will not be my last! I saw this watch on another company site, however it was about £10 cheaper on the watch cabin! I was very excited to find this company. The watch was exactly how it was advertised online, very fast delivery, perfect condition - no issues at all! I bought my stepson a watch from a different company, the service was that shocking I have no words to xplain and eventually had to cancel the order, when I placed my order with the watch cabin, the customer service before and after the sale has been exceptional, my watch arrived 2 days after ordering and I am over the moon with my purchase, will definetley using again and would strongly recommend anyone who wants a decent each, decently wrapped at a decent price to use this company

FANTASTIC Customer service :)
After comparing prices online for the watch I wanted, I was absolutely amazed at how much cheaper it was from The Watch Cabin. So I placed my order and a delivery quickly arrived. Unfortunately, there was a little mix up with order codes, and the wrong watch had been sent to me. I was extremely worried I wouldn’t receive my order in time for Xmas. But thankfully, James came to my rescue! And got the watch I ordered to me in super quick time :) The customer service I received from The Watch Cabin was OUTSTANDING! I had regular communications and updates regarding my order, and would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone! And will certainly be shopping with them again in the future.
