Slight delay on returning jubilee bracelet after refurbish but the work is impeccable. Worth the wait! Thanks Seth

Seth completed a fantastic repair on my fathers Rolex bracelet. I only sent the bracelet to him on Monday morning and it was back with me fully repaired by Saturday. Seth kept me updated and informed on the repair via phone calls and emails. Highly recommended - very happy - thanks again! 👍🏻😁

I’ve just received back my Rolex from the watchdealer.co.Uk as it’s a rare vintage watch I would only trust it with them and have dealt with them for years of faultless service and great knowledge of the Rolex brand the watch has been serviced and the stretched bracelet has been returned back to me in almost new condition I couldn’t recommend the watchdealer.co.uk highly enough thank you for an amazing job

Disappointing reaction. Felt as though the chap didn't really want to take the job on, and he was not selling it to me at all. He also wanted me to take the watch apart from its bracelet, and find a secure postage system, when others have offered to post me a Royal Mail watch box insured to £25,000. Overall, I will go elsewhere, which I feel will not worry him very much!
Update - did not reply to either of my e-mails, but rang to verbally hassle me over this review straight away. I am not sure what makes this 'not a genuine review'! It must be all made up, and I am the other person who also had a bad experience with this businessman, which he even insinuated.
Update 2 - Apparently, now I am bogus! You have never replied to any e-mails - 2 were sent.
The phone went down after the tone and content changed quickly.
Finally you have stated 'We do not operate a pre paid service also Royal Mail do not offer £25K cover for any service .' Perhaps you could look at this e-mail I did receive back from another company.....

In order to get your watch to our service centre, we have partnered with Royal Mail to offer a free, pre-paid Special Delivery service.
This is fully tracked and insured (up to £25,000).

Had my 18078 bracelet in for repair work. The bracelet came back with damage by over polishing which went through the metal to expose holes and he clamped the bracelet in a vice to 'tighten the stretch' which can't be done on these president bracelets. They are soldered gold so he also bent the pins holding links together.

Now looking at over £2000 to repair his poor workmanship but having a full rebuild.

The service Seth provides is exemplary. He serviced my IWC Mark XV and removed some particles from the dial. He also recently provided a light polish on my Rolex OP and turned this around very quickly. The result on both was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any better. Seth has become my go to person for any watch repairs :)

Top class craftmanship. Seth has done an outstanding job of refurbishing my Rolex bracelet. Not only did he tighten my bracelt but he also.welded new stainless to areas that were badly worn then finished it to a condition that is indicernable from new.

I can't recommend this service highly enough. After researching for some time (there are some horror stories out there) I was given a contact. Seth talked me through the options for my badly stretched bracelet and did just the right amount of work to make it wearable and looking great. The work was completed in the estimated time and budget quoted, and he even personally collected and delivered it.

Seth has been a pleasure to deal with, I sent my 25 year old Rolex explorer 2 that has been worn everyday all day for a service and bracelet refurb, can’t believe the same watch was returned to me it looks as good as new. All the scratches and marks have gone, even the bezel looks like new, the bracelet is tight and mark free. I told Seth that I was gifting the watch to my son for his 21st and he returned the watch in the agreed timescales.
Couldn’t be happier.

Delighted with the service provided by Seth. I had a valuable watch bracelet which needed new springs and TLC, but not so much as to spoil the “vintage” look. Seth did a fantastic job, the links are much tighter and the light clean and polish is exactly what I needed. Five Stars!!

Just want to thank Seth for doing an incredible job on the refurbishment of my tired looking 7205 bracelet.
The bracelet was in a very poor state, had a considerable amount of stretch and looked worse for wear.

Seth and the team have totally revitalised what was once a tired bracelet into one that looks ‘factory fresh’.

Whole heartedly recommend them, my only other option being to send the bracelet to the USA.
Great to have found a UK company delivering such high quality work and service.

Having a gold yachtmaster with a priceless emotional value, I contacted TWD to see what they proposed. I explained about the stretch to the bracelet and the fact that the time keeping was absolutely dire.

I was assured that the bracelet stretch could be corrected and with a normal service of the movement, the timekeeping would return to the usual Rolex accuracy.

What I was not expecting and what really took me by surprise was the price for this work.

Prior to contacting TWD I had popped into Watches of Switzerland for their thoughts on the matter. They stated that Rolex would servive the watch( for more than twice the cost of TWD) but that they would not work on a stretched bracelet. I could either keep the old bracelet with the stretch or pay several thousands of pounds for a new replacement and worse still Rolex would keep my old original bracelet. Being a family treasure, I was not prepared to let part of my beloved watch be retained by anyone.

So, I entrusted my Yachtmaster to TWD and 7 weeks later it returned.............the moment of truth had arrived.

I was astounded, the watch looked as good as new, but with all the original parts. The bracelet stretch was as good as gone and I was one happy chappy.

I cannot thank TWD enough and would suggest that rather than paying Rolex for a service that you consider TWD first.

I was initially very nervous about sending my 35 year old “stretched” sst/gold Jubilee bracelet to Seth for refurbishment. Some of the reports about delays in returns and lack of communication were also concerning.
I need not have worried. Sent an email to Seth detailing my concerns and he replied immediately with assurances that he would do his best to complete the job within the 4-6 weeks as quoted.
I duly posted the bracelet by Royal Mail insured special delivery as suggest by Seth on 5 October and he duly confirmed receipt. To my pleasant surprise I received an email 9 days later with an invoice attached (for the exact amount as quoted) saying the bracelet was finished. I transferred the money the same day and 2 day’s later received the bracelet by Royal Mail special delivery.
I now have what is a virtually as new sst/gold Jubilee bracelet. What more can I say other than I can only speak as I find but I would not hesitate in sending any watch to Seth, excellent service, communication and workmanship.

Sent my “old” 18k gold/steel datejust jubilee bracelet to TWD. Came almost like new.
Excellent work. Highly recommended.
