AVOID! FRAUD!
I ordered 2 watches from the online shop. The money was booked from my credit card right away.
When I did not receive a confirmation mail or the watches, I contacted them via the online form. I got a very short reply: 'checking for you'.
Afterwards they never reacted to any of my emails or the online contact form again. The telephone number on the website does not seem to exist.
The only conclusion I can draw is that the shop is a deliberate fraud.

Please look at their rank before using. (Case Solved)
They took my money and didn't deliver my watch. I wrote about this again and again but they didn't reply.
Please think about why the Watch Factory is ranked 29 out of 33 in its category and do not make the same mistake which I've made.
Update: After this review had been written, Mr. Bob got in touch wtih me. He was closely interested in the issue and refunded my money.

Great service and a great watch.
Very happy with speed and follow up to the service on offer. I have been looking for a watch like this for ages. It was so good being able to track via email the package. It arrived on time with everything in place.

Great genuine watch, arrived well packaged.
Good price and also a watch no one else had in stock.
If I do have one negative point the web page which updates to track your order could be a lot better . But you can ring and speak to someone, but call during opening times, which are 10 till 6. I spoke to a couple of people, one being Bob and they were helpful and polite
Order placed on Sunday and arrived Wednesday morning.
Would I order from the Watch Factory again? Yes
