Looking for a specific style of watch for my wife and was able to find it within their extensive selection. Placed my order, requesting a bracelet adjustment and was amazed to find that this had been carried out and the watch ready for despatch within 3 hours of my order being placed! Tracking info. was subsequently provided and the watch itself arrived the very next day. Amazing service and well done to the staff at The Watch Hut. Would unreservedly recommend them and would buy from them again.

Bought a watch for a birthday gift, I paid £9.99 for guaranteed delivery on Tuesday. Was delivered 24hrs after time it was due to arrive. Had to buy a gift from somewhere else.

They don’t offer free returns. So I’ve wasted £19 on delivery fees. Customer service useless copied and pasted message.

Absolute waste of time and money, won’t use again.

The whole process from start to finish was simple and straight forward, no hidden costs and the way h was delivered the next day as per the order acknowledgement, would definitely recommend.

I purchade a hugo boss watch for my husbands 50th birthday it went wrong been sent away for repair 4 weeks apparently for a repair not happy

The Watch Hut Web site is user friendly with quality products at competitive prices. I ordered a watch for my wifes birthday, all arrived on time, gift wrapped and looking good. Unable to review watch as birthday not arrived yet. Have attached a photo of the gift wrap for other customers to see. The only downside is that Evri seem to dump parcels anywhere even when it is security taped.
