Horrible. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS FIRM. I placed order #229477 on 2/27/26. I asked for it to be cancelled on 3/4. My email and phone calls were ignored. No response at all. Will report to BBB and my bank for refund. BUYER BEWARE.

This company SCAMS customers, and STEALS customer’s money! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Purchased a “unisex” shirt, ordered arrived as a child’s sized shirt, the sales listing, product title nor the description had any indication that this was a child’s version; NO WHERE did it states “child’s”, “children’s” OR “kid’s”! They then told me they did not have the adult version in my size, I even said small OR medium would work, and BOTH are “out of stock”, so I was forced to return for a refund! THEN, they send me a PARTIAL refund, and when confronted, told me that since I didn’t purchase “package protection”, they keep 15% of MY money to return!?! THIS IS THEFT!!! The size did NOT change in the package, so why would “package protection” be needed??? This is because FIRST, The Western Company is INCOMPETENT, and did NOT list this as a children’s, AND then could NOT exchange for the adult version because they are “sold out”! I should not have my money stolen for their incompetence and unprofessionalism!!!

Ordered 2 pair of Horse Power Anderson Bean boots, both came, right sizes and all, took about 2 weeks for shipping if not less, great purchase, super low prices, will purchase again.
