Terrible customer service, The blonde lady so called the manager is always eating whilst on the phone. She keeps saying the unit will be replaced and its now been 3 months, She was very rude to my husband and a manger should not speak like this to a customer. Shes so rude ill be going elsewhere she has lost this company business due to attitude and eating all the time.They also have my money, Looks like there spending it on feeding up the staff by the looks of things

Ingrid reviewed this company in 2024 and I experienced the same outcome, once they take your money, they don't want to know of any issues.
Rick was very friendly on the phone and I thought I could hire his company to replace many sealed units on windows around the house and front porch.
I hired them to realign my front door. I showed the workmen I could lock the door but with some resistance. "No problem, we can sort that out" well, a bit of GT85 didn't sort it. I can still lock the door and still with some resistance.
A builder explained to me that a professional job requires adjusting the door at the hinges, that would raise the other end a few millimetres. However, they tried to lower the contact points on the other end instead "they were too high" they said. Well that's what happens with use and you fix it by readjusting at the hinges.
They took £100+ and didn't reply to request to fix the door properly.

I regret not reading Ingrid's review before I hire them.

I thought that the window man was good. I call the office leaving a message. JC calls me and just bitched at me. My problem is my front window lock."I was there 3 times and I'm not going to Eaton Rapids again". Talk about backing the product...there is no 'Backing the product' isn't there. We got your money so get out of our way. The product is good....BUT THE SERVICE IS NOT THERE!!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Would highly recommend and we will be using The window man again.
