Ordered two wings mirrors. Came very quickly, had a query after receiving . Dealt with very promptly. Will use again.

Ordered a wing mirror came within 2-3 days unfortunately it was the wrong one as the size must of changed on the late 2009 model which wasn’t mentioned in the description of the product, raised the issue with the company and they sent me the correct 2010 mirror 1-2 days later free of charge. My experience with the company was a good experience so would recommend on that basis.

The wing mirror I bought fell off the fist time I drove the car after I'd fixed it. I wrote to the company criticising the quality of adhesive (as others also have). I was sent (reasonably promptly) a replacement mirror and hope that this time it will stay in place. I was grateful for the company's response: they could have just ignored my request or accused me of inability to firmly fix a new wing mirror !

This company is a scam. They advertise German made OEM products and deliver Chinese made crap that doesn’t fit and cannot be used. They then ignore emails and do not answer phone calls. Given there are only 1 star and 5 star reviews on here should be enough to make you suspicious. Avoid.

What a waste of time. Mirror sent through was not right for the car. I sent a photo of my mirror and they said they would send another through and a returns label. I had to chase for it multiple times. Eventually what came through was the same mirror, but no returns label. So I ask for the return process... of course I have to pay for the return. The mirrors have just gone in the bin as I will pay out for signed for postage but they will never give me a refund and I end up going through the disputes process through my bank which takes forever. So this goes down to learning. This kind of company undermines small companies on the internet and supports the push to ebay and amazon. Short term the wingmirror company has won. Longer team they will not survive!

Excellent service. Ordered at around mid-day and wing mirror was delivered by 10:30 next morning. Price was also very reasonable. Couldn't have asked for more. Will definitely use again.

Emailed them as needed urgent. Received a reply back soon after. Mirror arrived that day (day 3). Fitted perfectly on my Audi A4 B9 and heating pad worked. Will use them again.

Very positive experience with this company. I ordered a replacement wingmirror with backplate for an Audi A6. I got the wrong year first time round but they replaced promptly with minimum fuss. Excellent customer service and communication by phone and e-mail. Thanks you.

The mirror on my wing mirror dropped off and smashed whilst on holiday in Scotland. I ordered a replacement from The Wing Mirror company and it arrived on Tuesday. Looks great quality and now I can drive the 6 hour journey home a lot safer.

Fantastic service delivered on time and at a great price

Sent out two dodgy wing mirrors both just fell off the back of the connector. Absolute waste of my time and money. Avoid this company their products are not fit for purpose. I am also still waiting for a refund since i raised my complaint on 16th September absolute JOKE. I want my money back! I have raised this with my bank now so i am hoping they can get my money back

Avoid! The car mirror i ordered was of very cheap quality. My mechanic fitted the glass mirror as it was needed to pass the MOT, however after driving the car on the motorway it fell off. The tape provided for the mirror replacement was not adequate.

Easy to navigate website and very quick delivery I placed an order in the afternoon and it came the next morning. It was also quite straightforward to put it on with no hassle!

Cheap plastic backing and mirror glass rubs against outer. I added double sided tape ,the plastic stayed in but glass was on floor after 1st evening. Unable to adjust from inside as backing is wrong . Emailed company to be told they have had no other problems . Asked them politely to NOT insult my intelligence. Requested refund as item not fit for purpose. No reply . Useless fraudulent company AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!!! Shame there's not a 0 star option.
